I made a enquiry about a vehicle that was advertised, the salesman wasn’t interested in answering my questions unless I put £500 deposit down. After explaining I wasn’t going to put a deposit down unless I knew about the history of the car. All my emails were ignored.
Shame that Mo has very poor customer service skills.

Absolutely unbelief. Went in there to look at cars north of £60k. Was wandering around for 20 minutes with ZERO staff seen. Nobody on the reception desk and nobody in there.
Considering the reliability challenges and security challenges with this company they need their dealership experience to be on point. It never even started...
Left after 20 minutes not having talked to a soul and will take my hard earned money elsewhere. If this is the sales process heaven help the garage experience.
Whoever owns this franchise, sell it quick you have zero sales staff interested.

If zero stars could be given, they indeed would be for this dealership. The attitude of sales and management is beyond bizarre and extremely rude. When buying anything you expect to be treated with courtesy but to be laughed at and told by one of the salesmen 'what's with the attitude' and then that they are busy and not just there to take your call when buying a brand new £80k vehicle is plain wrong and then for a manager to not deal with it properly speaks volumes.
Whilst we can all appreciate that people can be busy doing handovers, whatever - but to get to 2 email requests and 2 phone calls ignored is ridiculous and all we wanted to do was start making payments ready to collect! Needless to say at this point we cancelled our order based on the above and would never return to this dealership again.
Getting our deposit refund, proved to be another long winded process.
Usual poor customer experience
Clearly the service team have no interest in customer service. Dropped my car off to be med with disdain, disinterest and attitude. Is it so much effort to be nice (or even respectful) to a fellow human being??? Oh and they got my maintenance details incorrect too!

Subsequently tries to call and book service to be constantly put through to voice message - left messages no call back - useless useless company that devalues the JLR brand!!!!!

Disgrace. They Should Not Be Allowed to Represent These Brands.
Be so careful with The Grange Group. I was delivered a wrong spec car. They wrote to me to say they will exchange it and now have changed their mind blaming staff for not authorising the exchange correctly. All companies take responsibility for their staffs actions and more annoying it was agreed via the dealer principal. I have 5 Land Rover / Jaguar cars and will never be dealing with these cowboys again. Be careful as you can see from reviews on here they do not deserve to be agents for so many car companies when they treat clients like this. It makes the brands look terrible.

Terrible business! The service department is the worst I have ever come across. Never answer the phone. Never respond to messages. Never respond to emails. Absolutely shocking and a very good reason not to buy any of their cars. This is not a new state of affairs. The service department at Grange has been terrible for years. Stay clear of this business.

Excellent service would highly recommend. Sales service was excellent. Ordered a car from Lookers what a joke cancelled after the 4 sales person and over a years wait. Went to Grange and car was ordered and delivered promptly with no complaints.
Insured or....
Supposedly had an insurance policy when I bought the car new, from Grange, for tyre replacement in the event of a puncture. I originally got in and got the car looked at and they said they'd send pictures to the insurer and see if it was covered. That was two months ago. I've rung, they never answer. I've left messages they never return. I've emailed and got no answer. The one time I did get through they told me the person dealing with it wasn't there. Honestly I cannot believe how useless the service department of the company is. I am thinking of replacing my Defender in the next few months but it won't be with Grange.

SHOCKING !! Woodford Hainault service centre
This service centre have no standards and no care at all towards the customers who walk through their doors.
Absolute appaling customer service experience with an immature, unsavoury and unprofessional girl called Elise who sits at the front desk! 😱
The manager Nick, doesn't seem to take his role as a manager seriously and is completely deluded that there is a real problem at this site.
Stay well away from this service centre at all cost.

The staff are rude and unhelpful and I am now considering my next step legally as they refuse to service my car although it is in warranty.

Truly terrible experience
Truly terrible experience. Upon collection, the car was in a terrible state with two deep scratches which weren’t previously present.
I should have guessed that this was not a dealer to be trusted. It didn’t feel like a normal Land Rover dealer. The toilets were unclean, the place just felt very downmarket.
The employees were very unhelpful and evasive. Never again.

Took delivery of my new P500e at the end of March and dealer still can’t resolve the fault on the vehicle, by JLR own admission today the case has been open for 71 days with no sight of a resolution, the dealer is terrible and JLR have no full back to resolve the issue themselves as manufacturers. The dealer was meant to be recording data when fault occurs and they didn’t have the hardware plugged in to record…a quality brand on its knees with dealer that doesn’t even answer the phones…what should I do!

However foolishly I thought I would try them again as they are local and thinking they may have improved… WRONG they are the same maybe even a little worse. Booked my car in 36 hours later not even been looked at they still have vehicle will probably pick it up and go elsewhere. Total waste of time
