I had a complex scenario to deal with (believe me), Brad took it through with me in a calm, clear and measured way. Ensuring i was comfortable with the outcome. Great service albeit i did note my aches the previous day was down because of a significant system error for all users

Lazy and skirting future legal…

Lazy and skirting future legal challenges.
Changed tariff, receive an email asking for stuff back (wifi disks and a 4G hub), never used them and i now find i've been charged monthly for them...

Anyway the return requires me to provide the box and then do all the leg work. If not then they will attempt to bill me the FULL PRICE for 2 year old equipment.

Just lazy lazy incomptence

So the post office has decided in its infinite wisdom to tape off loads of postboxes in swindon at the busiest time of the year on the pretext of some level of automation. mmmmm

Not seeing anybody upgrading them at all, surely they would be done on a cases by case basis rather than en masse. Who is doing this work over XMAS...

Well nobody is. The Liebour regulator will no doubt in 3 months say how good the postal service has improved, when the reality is the service is going downhill fast...

Northern rail chaos

Shambles 1523 cancelled from Preston to colne. From platform 4cNo driver apparently

So the next train scheduled for 1623. Fair enough

Train there doors open every one gets on



1620. Announced that departing from platform 2. Note now we have 4c and 3c showing the 1624 departure.

It is actually departing from 2 so a mad rush to there by young and old.

Absolute carnage and chaos. New train packed.

Why make major changes 2 minutes before departure when some people had been waiting for over an hour.

What a complete and utter disaster this dealership is. Went in to get info and a quote on a new £65k car, might have well have gone to mcdonalds with the interest shown by the sales staff (not the receptionists who were good or eventually the sales guy Jeremy who eventually after 20 minutes saw me hanging around waiting for someone to assist and stepped up and stepped in.He was v good).

Let's not get the 'it was busy' excuses, it wasn't. Clearly black friday shopping was more fun than assisting customers

Mind still not got the quote i was promised today by email

If i was the MD at Sytner i would have the sales director at this circus in for an interview without coffee and downgrade him to tea boy as it is clear to me he has zero clue in running a dealership sales force.

Absolutely unbelief. Went in there to look at cars north of £60k. Was wandering around for 20 minutes with ZERO staff seen. Nobody on the reception desk and nobody in there.

Considering the reliability challenges and security challenges with this company they need their dealership experience to be on point. It never even started...

Left after 20 minutes not having talked to a soul and will take my hard earned money elsewhere. If this is the sales process heaven help the garage experience.

Whoever owns this franchise, sell it quick you have zero sales staff interested.

Mercedes Benz Swindon what a nightmare

Week the first 15 minutes i would classify as 1 star then a sales guy called Jeremy stepped in and sort of brought it back to a five.

Entry in showroom, great the girls on the desk were attentive and went to get a sales rep (name escapes me). After standing around for 5 minutes and being asked by numerous other greeters if i could be helped (Err yes waiting for a sales rep). I then decided to look at the car of interest (GLC PHEV some £60k of car) myself whilst the tasked rep appeared.

After a further 10 minutes of looking around the car on my own a sales guy noticed me and asked if he could help. I did tell him i wasn't impressed to date and would be feeding back own the experience.

To be fair to Jeremy he then did a professional job and i was left impressed by him and the car but not the dealers.

If i was the franchise owner the sales director would be down the road obviously their coffee, chats and whatever is of more interest than doing their job.

I would be sending in a mystery shopper every week and bonuses would have a dependency on that activity as it is clear the current sales director does not have a grip of the store.

Whoever owns this franchise is totally wasting their money on sales staff. To be fair the receptionist on the desk was ok.

I was looking for an Audi PHEV so around £65k worth of car. Was then handed over to a totally disinterested girl who was obviously disappointed that i had interrupted her phone time. Just couldn't be bothered and i don't even think knew anything about the car. Never bothered to show me the car, so i was left to my own devices for a few minutes so in the end i just simply walked off.

Note i did this previously 3 years ago when i went in and EXACTLY the same occurred. Nice building, probably nice cars but couldn't find out.

Whoever owns this franchise needs to do some mystery shopping, the sales director should be down the road tomorrow

Avoid Yodel at all costs....

Two stores in the area stating that 'the machine isn't working'. Standard excuse and the reality is Yodel are offering a drop off service that does not exist.

I've asked Vinted to remove them as a delivery partner as i doubt they want to be anywhere near Yodel the dodgy company.

Every time i am forced to use this…

Every time i am forced to use this service it is garbage. Just tried a drop off today but cannot complete because the 'owner' is not there with his phone to print off the labels.

This is not the first time this has happened and in multiple stores.

Garbage service avoid if you can

AI is crap

AI front end is seriously rubbish like stupid beyond belief. As you may have to pay for this on some contracts I would consider taking them to small claims for theft.

Scammers paradise

Scammers paradise. We now have bidders who pay over the odds, receive the product, claim not received or in bad condition. Raise an issue and the fail to return the same product, damage the product and are still paid. Utter scam site at the moment.
Avoid for any item over £30

FYI I called out one of the idiots and i got censured, nothing at all happened to them and they continue to scam today.

Scammers paradise

Now full of scammers from overseas.

Basically you send stuff, they say not delivered even though it is tracked by the deliver company

Your fees get cancelled, they keep the delivered product and there is nothing you can do.

After 25 years on here chinning it off. Not worth the hassle.
