As far as the order process, shipping and customer service reps they are definitely top notch, but Heaven forbid you have to return something!!! It's not 3 weeks which is already ridiculous it's 4-5 which is insane since they ship so quickly. It's my personal opinion/conclusion that there may be an intentional delay in the return process to prompt individuals who are impatient or need a replacement item quickly to place another order hence a double dip in your pocket... just saying...

I have been ordering from Great glam for about 3yrs always was a satisfied customer . Fast shipping always had the cloths that I ordered. I recently ordered in February its been 4 week s still haven't received my order, They did not have 2 of the items refunded my money for one of the items 2weeks ago now sending me an email refunding another one of my items today. I will never ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN IM SO DISSATISFIED response with customer service is horrible . The cloths I ordered are for my Island trip now processing and shipping is longer .What the hell happened form my past orders I always got my orders in 1 week.

I like shopping here because I realize they don't make a lot of the same style so I don't worry when I go out to see someone else wearing the same outfit like me.sexy clothes....great material used on most of the items I've bought.......trendy and up to date.......the only downfall is delivery takes forever and some of your clothes are not true to size I guess that's based on the material used sometimes they run big or at times even smaller....but overall I'm pleased with my purchases throughout the years and I still have a lot of items in good condition they stood the test of time.....I have never returned any thing so I can't say what that is like...anything that don't fit or flatter me I usually gift it to someone I know that will do it justice...

I use to order every week because they had such a big selection and the material was great. Now their selection sucks and the material sucks too!!!! They went from great to horrible in less than a year! Went from every week ordering to never ordering again probably.

Its takes longer now to receive my order,sometimes it takes up to 3weeks

I've fell in love w/ great glam when I was 17, so when I first discovered them, I was like "I know I gotta wear these clothes to boost my self image & my appearance so I can stunt & floss on those who thought bad about me & thought I needed a makeover" & to just simply show myself off . So i only bought one dress when I was 17 . When I was 18, I wore a lot more of their clothes , so I received a lot of attention & compliments from ppl left & right & I enjoyed every minute of it . I felt like I was shining like a star . Their clothes are just bomb & glamorous & alluring . & I'll be going to the club next year wearing their clothes .

The clothes not true too size sometimes run big sometimes run small and returns take too long

I love this site because I like clothes that no one else has. I'm always looking for new outfits and I know I find what I'm looking for with Great Glam. It the clothes for a mature woman that still have style and fashion while still having kids. The quality is not the best but the styles are fabulous.
