Do NOT order from them! Ever. I ordered two items over 3 MONTHS ago. I wrote several emails. I never recieved a refund, or my items. I COULDNT EVEN GET AN EMAIL BACK. Horrible.

Great clam used to be a great site...until recently... I placed an order may 30 its sept 3 and I have yet to receive my order...I've emailed customer service several times receiving only one response stating I can't receive a refund because the order is already processing that was in July 2mos after order placed

From reading the reviews I see im not the only person that is going through this bs with this company. I placed an order on JUNE 13TH. I have yet to recieve any of the 6 items I purchased. Only 2 of the 6 items were special order. They sent me the same email that everyone else got about the 6 week backorder which has came and gone. I have purchased items from them well over 10times never had a problem till now. Just plain ridiculous they definitly won't have ANY CUSTOMERS AFTER THIS. I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased but I never had a problem before so I never even thought twice to.. WHAT A JOKE.

I used to be a greatglam customer since 2012, very nice dresses, fast shipping, etc etc… but now its not good anymore… seems the owner its Chinese or from overseas because now it take several weeks to send you an item…. SMH…. 👎👎👎

I have been shopping at great glam since 2006 and never had issues. I made an order on June 21,2017 and still have not received my order. I sent an email after the 2 weeks and they responded saying the same exact email that everyone else is posting about back order 4 to 6 weeks. I am very disappointed bc they use to be a great website to shop from and with super fast shipping. And now it's almost 2 months after I ordered and I still have not received items that I bought for events that have since past. I keep sending emails bc it's over the 4 to 6 week backorder but no-one will respond or give me an update. On top of 2 of the items I bought were suposably the last 1 then went out of stock when I bought them but they are now back in stock. I wish I had done PayPal to pay like some of the other posts on here but I didn't bc this has always been a trusted site. I was not aware that there was a new owner but I just want my items or a refund at this point.

I have been a customer of Great Glam since 2010. They used to be such a good place to shop! Cheap, fast shipping and great service. I placed an order on May 3rd and ended up paying $50 in shipping and still haven't received it over 3 months later! They never answer their phone and have no option to leave a message. They answered one of my emails (with a generic response that they send to everyone) in June and said I would get my items 4-6 weeks from June 16th. That has already come and gone and now they won't answer my emails. I know now that I'm never going to receive my order, which sucks because it was $140 down the drain. I am really angry about this because every other review says the same thing, so they made off with a lot of money stolen from good customers. I noticed they're still selling the same items they supposedly ran out of, but now marked up to $40 each. Seriously? What a joke. I wish I could leave a zero star review.

Do not order from this company! BEWARE!! Placed an order in May and still haven't received my order. I have emailed them numerous time and no response.

Not sure what's going on but I placed an order on June 16th hoping I receive my dresses on time for my birthday which is in 2 days doesn't seem like it's gonna happen :( Almost 2 months with no word wth is the hold up? I want my money back !!!!

Well I see I am not the only one having issues. I have been shopping with Great Glam since 2011. I used to love this company up until a year ago. I remember being able to order a dress and receiving it within three days, now they have this special order shipping which takes almost a month to get your order now. I ordered a dress on May 17th to wear to a wedding for July 1st. Here it is August 6th, and I still have NOT received it! I have been sending emails and have gotten no response, the phone number listed I have called several times and can't never get an answer. I am highly disappointed in this company!

I ordered a dress online on June 20, it's Aug 5 and I still haven't received it. I've emailed customer service twice, no response! I then complained to the BBB and they still haven't gotten a response. They're quick to take my money, but can't ship my stuff or respond to me! Shop elsewhere people!

I've been ordering from GREATGLAM.COM SINCE 2008! I NEVER had a problem until this year-2017. The orders started taking longer to arrive and sometimes after waiting for weeks... I would get an email stating the order isn't in stock and was refunded a gift certificate only. The last time I placed an order was June 2017... after waiting 3 weeks.. the order never arrived and they didn't respond to my emails. i paid using PAYPAL like ALWAYS... so I submitted a claim to paypal and they are going to give me a refund. I read on the website that new owners will take over starting 9/1... but I really don't think I'll shop with them again!

My review is the same as many others. I've ordered in the past from them no problem, but this year I ordered three dresses end of May for the summer and here it is almost August and I haven't received them. I've sent over ten emails without response even though they claim one business day. Their contact number doesn't work either. I just want a refund. Not sure how to go about that now... would no longer recommend this site.

Order my clothing in early may! Seller told me it should take 2-3 weeks! Here it is mid July and still my order has yet to come! Those clothes were for my vacation and I have already been on them! They don't Answer there phone even on the "supposedly operated hours Tuesday and Thursday" nor will they respond to my email! Save your time and more importantly your money

Been ordering from them for years when I was younger. I never had a problem with the shipping. Just now got back to their website and its horrible. It says receive order within 2-3 weeks. Was suppose to ship out yesterday as they told me almost a month ago, and I had to reach out to them again to find out the status of my order. Was told that there was a delay on my order and could take 6 weeks to ship. What the heck!!! I want to cancel this order, because shipping is ridiculous. I don't understand why we are not able to get a refund if the order DID NOT ship out. Charge me the 8% or $5 or whatever. Would make more sense to cancel and pay that fee than for them to ship out the order 2 months later when you do not want it anymore! They just lost another LOYAL customer!

Ordered two months ago, package still has not shipped! Requested a refund for shipping based on the delay was told this "We cannot provide a specific arrival date or refund shipping as Special Order shipping was chosen."

This is by far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was a loyal customer for YEARS. However I made a purchase in May and never even received an email saying my item was shipped. Instead I was sent an email stating that because of an hour my order could take another month or two to ship. I have now requested a refund. The reason I bought the dress was for an event THAT PASSED LAST MONTH! THANKS FOR NOTHING.

I have ordered items from this company since 2007 and have never had a problem with my order until now! Not only has it been over 2 months since I ordered my item and it still hasn't arrived, but I attempted to contact customer service and was told that my order is in "processing" and I cannot get a refund!! Not sure what happened but they have completely lost my business!

I have been ordering from Great Glam for over 10 years. Great service. I ordered for the last time because my order took over a month to come. This is not acceptable! I suspect they are now getting their products from overseas and with this change, comes horrible slow service. Sad to say, I won't be ordering from them ever again. Bye-bye Great Glam.

Have been ordering clothes with this company for almost 6 yrs now. They have changed so much recently that I won't be ordering there again. The shipping prices are getting ridiculous! I put a few items in my cart and let me tell you their "special shipping price" was more than the items. Plus even with their new shipping price I had to wait over 5 wks for my order.Utterly ridiculous!

My girlfriend absolutely loves this place
