Never again will I order from them. I have order from this website 4 months ago and have not received any updates or information regarding where my order is. I received a shipping label and have contacted the postal services and they explained that they not received the item from them. The label was only created. Emailed them asking to GIVE ME A FULL REFUND! I will never order anything from them ever again! It isn't right to take people hard earn money at all. At this point I don't even want the item. Just REFUND me my money. No reply's to any emails or answers the phone. This company is a disgrace!

I used to order from Great Glam from around 2012 to 2014. The clothes were nice and very cheap and I always got what I ordered. But a couple years ago, I checked the site and it was totally different; I noticed the prices were way higher, with very little choice. That was so disappointing. I would never order from them again after seeing how the prices have skyrocketed and the clothing are not appealing anymore.

I've ordered a few things from them over the years & it always come on time & quality is good.

Still never received my package it's been three months. I have tried to reach out to the company and one week later still no response.

I purchased a sweater and tights from Showroom Glam 11/18/2019 , I didn’t receive my order until 12/15/2019 and the tights were not in my order. I emailed the company several times and I have yet to receive an email back. This online company is a scam and I reported this business to the BBB and I reported it to Instagram. Don’t be fooled by this online boutique,

This company is terrible! They don’t respond back to emails and won’t ship the order after confirming it was shipped!!! 100% SCAM

Great glam is terrible its nothing like it used to be 5 years ago i used to find different styles i couldnt find in the malls i used to order clothes from them all the time something new always would come out every week now this site is terrible clothes look so cheap prices high i dont no who took over but they shouldn't use great glams name this is terrible

MY EXPERIENCE WITH GLAMCLOTH IS TERRIBLE. ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY OFFER FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS. WHEN I RECEIVED THE CLOTHES, THEY WERE MADE CHEAPLY AND PAPER THIN. NOW I WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS AND THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO SPEND $30-35 TO SHIP TO THEIR CHINESE FACTORY. WHY IS THIS COMPANY ALLOWED TO STAY IN BUSINESS ON FACEBOOK? SOMETHING IS VERY ROTTEN HERE. I'M RETURNING THE STUFF TO THEIR DISTRIBUTOR IN NEW JERSEY (ADDRESS ON PACKAGE) AND HOPE FOR CREDIT. THEN I WILL CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND PUT THIS IN DISPUTE.

This is the most dishonest corrupt company ever. I am warning all, DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!! I still have not received my items or refund in over a year. They stopped responding to my emails and no one answers the phone. So, buyer be aware! They use to be good. Prior to this issue, they were my go to online store but then they fail off the rails, cheating their loyal customers out of money and merchandise.

Yes the prices are higher and the quality is cheap looking. I’m warning you!❌🚫‼️

I was bribed to leave a good review when I worked there. Everything I said was false. Do not purchase from here.

I received my lilac dress today and I am so totally disappointed. The dress smells really, really bad, like they made the dress in a fish market. It does not fit right at all. I have emailed them that I want a refund but they will not reply to my emails. They were fast to take my money, but now they will not reply to me. Very poor service and poor fabric. I really urge anyone wanting to buy from them not to buy from them!!!

I ordered 3 dresses from great glam they sent me 2 of them after two weeks I tried to call them they never pick up the phone when I email them they said the don't have the other dress but they not do refund it's a credit store I said I don't understand how come because it's not my fault they don't have the dress until now 4 months ago or more no refund no one contact me

I ordered from them for the first time in several years just 2 weeks ago. Apparently this company is under new ownership and this was some kind of private preview sale for select past customers. I ordered a dress that was $32 and was pleasantly surprised by the qulity. shipping time was ok - took about 6 days.I read some of the other reviews and wonder if maybe that was the past owenership? Anyway I will order again

I would give no stars if I could!!! As a few other people have said.. I didn't receive my order of $100+ dollars!! I contacted them multiple times and they would email back at first with bogus replies and then finally stopped! This really sucks to just be out of money! Do not shop here!!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY..I PLACED ORDER ON JUNE 3RD AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER OR MY MONEY BACK. FIRST IT WAS AN EMAIL FOR DELAYEF SHIPMENT AFTER THT TIME PASSED THEY NO LONGER WOULD TALK TO ME. THEY GOT THERE FUNDS IMMEDIATELY AFTER I PLAVED MY ORDER BUT NOT SO EASY TO GET FUNDS BACK. IT IS OCT 31ST AND I HV YET TO GET MY ORDER OR MY MONEY BACK. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH GREATGLAM.

The same thing has happened to me. I have shopped with them for 3 years no complaints everything was great the quality and price they were my go to shop. But everything seems to have gone belly up you cant even buy of the site if you wanted to as there is no checkout its blocked and so is my account details. I paid and ordered a jumpsuit for $45.00 and have never recieved it emailed them no response its actually quiet rude and unprofessional especially when I have been a loyal customer for years giving them a one star rating at this point in time is to generous.

WARNING:
I have been a loyal shopper of great glam for a few years. Then in the last 3 or 4 months things changed in their company. Now every outfit says its $39.99. This does not make sense, the quality of the cloths are not worth that price. I shopped there because I could get something cute for $15.00. Then my last order did not come in and that has never happened before. I emalied the company and no response was ever made. Something happened to this company and it is no longer shop worthy. Do not give them your time or money.
