Knife defective. Sent back and charged full postage. Took a week to respond to emails. Then state knife no defective and said paint chipped. Both lies . HORRIBLE DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!!!! AND THIS IS OWNED AND RUN BY BLADE HQ!!!

No customer service. Tried to contact them via email, couldn’t message as it comes undelivered. Two Frank B. knives first was an unsafe mess and the second didn’t function at all.

This is my second OTF knife i ordered from Grindworx with no problems to report . Great experience ,fast shipping and the quality were very good . I will shop from them again . Sorry for the people that had a bad experience with them .

Virtually every knife they sent me had cosmetic flaws. Some even had cracked handle. I messaged them for a resolution but they never cared to reply. So both their items and service are trash. Don't do business with them unless you don't mind defects and lack of after sale service.

I ordered a knife from Grindworx on June 29th late in the evening. I have never ordered anything from them. I did not know what to expect. It was a weekend so i didn't expect anything for a couple of days. I received a confirmation email that day and the next day i received an update. I received texts giving me daily updates because i signed up for them. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it on 3 July. The initial email showed it would be here by the 6th. I unboxed it and was again impressed at the fit and finish. as well as the operation. The action was strong and the knife worked as advertised. It was everything I wanted! Thank you Gridworx!!

I just received my two Lightning Elite knives today, and was Extremely surprised by the quality, workmanship, and the price I paid for them.
Excellent in all phases. Plus Free, Fast, Shipping.
These knives could Easily pass for $198. knives.
I am, Extremely Impressed, and WILL order more

I got my OTF knives but after a few actions of opening it and closing it, it broke

Grindworx failed to ship my paid order and ignored multiple inquiries. Just like another complaint mentioned, as soon as I opened a credit card dispute, they immediately shipped my knife. Grindworx is the absolute worst knife company that I've ever purchased from. They send me promotional advertisement to my email. Fat chance they will ever sell me anything ever again. They deserve 0 stars. BAD!

I just purchased this nice, and the blade came off the track. I watched a few YouTube videos on how this can be fixed easily. But for some reason, mine will not work even after watching these videos.

I told them I would never use their company again 2 years ago . after selling me a defective knife , They gave me horrible customer service . And I won't . I don't need junk products aaaand bad service.

They have the best knives for every occasion. I highly recommend everyone checking them out

Ordered a knife with expedited shipping and waited a week. Decided to dispute the charge with my CC company. All the sudden, that day, they ship it. Trash company.

Customer service is terrible. Didn't care in the slightest my order was "in progress" for 9 days after paying for expedited shipping. Ruined Christmas. Don't want to hear about volume as this wasn't their first one. You suck

Ordered 1 knife, came broken and handle was scratched badly in 3 spots. They refunded, I ordered a different one, it came with the quality seal cut and also broken but seemed repaired before. I think Grindworx sells BladeHQs returned knives.

I ordered a lightning elite yes I know it's a $35 knife but from what I've heard it is supposed to rarely if ever do that and it seems to be defective like 4 times out of 10 when you would retract the blade it would derail and then do it again right after the only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is because I don't know where else to get it

Purchased a stiletto which lasted maybe 10 pushes of the double action button. When I asked for a replacement they simply told me that they don’t do exchanges but would credit me $35 which isn’t even half of what I paid.
I’m shocked anyone would run a business like that. Send out a defective product and refuse to replace it or refund the purchase price.
They had several other knives I was going to purchase. So glad I started with just one to check quality!

Amazing Knives!! I ordered the 11" mago otf and it arrived lightning quick and let me tell you the quality is amazing!! Gotta love Grindworx!!
