Rubbish site - keeps crashing and customer service useless

I used them for the first time with just a smallish deposit. Won a bit and few hours later money was in my account. Seems like there are a lot of negative reviews but I can't fault them. Whole process very smooth . Stuart

Not allowed to reinstate membership after many years away, no reasons provided, poor communication and assistance. I should be allowed to decide how I spend my money.

Just been on the website again the same problem occurred, played roulette never let's you place a bet, technical issues all the time absolute joke, thats it now I have cancelled my account after 20years plus.

Very bad gambling site with very little wins if any, and the bonuses are far from seen in many games played.

Nearly £400 in severeal small deposits in a short time over the week just having fun trying to hit a big one and its take take take.

Money is not an issue as you should only gamble what you can afford to win, but there has to be some fair play and what comes to mind is are these games actually regulated.

When I came here to write this reveiw I have also seen the overwhelming negative reveiws and I wish I came here first amd read them prior as they really do tell a story.

I joined this casino and made a massive mistake…after my first deposit there should of been my start bonus and this never happened…after contacting them them and being disconnected 3 times they said they would credit the account.. this also never happened… I would like any future punters to be aware this is a terrible company and highly likely to rob you…Gibraltar tax dodge says everything about this firm

Absolute scam site! Long term visitor to their physical casinos but recently decided to use their app for some spins. 1st couple of deposits (£20) it paid out. Following on from then its like the rtp is just wiped right out. Deposited over £200 during the week after for zero bonus across a range of game providers. Small 4p wins far less then the minimum 20p stakes here and there resulting in the obvious. The app seems to freeze and crash making it feel like if a win was coming up it would kick you out and reset your progress and net. Absolute joke. Entice people in with a couple of very small wins then, just take take take.

Gambling is gambling but there is a clear feeling these guys do not operate a fair environment.

I have been a longstanding Grosvenor customer and, for the avoidance of doubt, I only play poker. I am not a high-rolling casino customer, and I was therefore unimpressed to be asked for intrusive personal financial information in order to continue using what, for me, is simply a leisure venue.I understand that regulated businesses have compliance obligations. What I do not accept is the apparent normalisation of demanding highly personal financial information from ordinary, longstanding customers engaging in a routine leisure activity. In my case, it felt excessive, disproportionate and entirely lacking in judgment.There is a clear difference between sensible identity or compliance checks and expecting someone to open up their private finances for a game of poker. That line was crossed here.The result was that, instead of feeling valued as a loyal customer, I felt treated with suspicion and contempt. I declined to provide the information and chose not to continue.  Others may make their own choice, but I will not support a business that treats longstanding poker customers this way. Prospective customers should be aware that they may be expected to hand over deeply personal financial information simply to continue a leisure activity.  

Stay away, did their play £10 play with £20 offer, was doing ok must of played with over £50 and still was stuck on Bonus funds, so guessing it must be after a £100 you can withdraw what ever little you have left.. con, upto you but don’t say I didn’t warn you

Absoloute terrible site, constant glitches, kicks you out of games, not given rewards or promotions that you should do, was a grovsner plus member for 7 months, when i have made a complaint they reduced my account to a bronze account, technical teams and sports teams take masses of time to give responses or resolutions, a real shame and unfair on the few agents that are trying to help, completely dissatisfied and would not recomend to any body unless you want a terrible gaming experience

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Grosvenor Casino.

My account has been locked with over £700 of my own money, and despite fully complying with every single verification request, I am being completely ignored. I have submitted everything asked of me — passport, a photo of me holding my passport, proof of address, and a bank statement. That is more than enough to verify my identity.

Yet there has been no proper response, no confirmation, and no indication that anything is being processed. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating — it’s extremely concerning. At this point, it feels like my funds are being withheld without any clear justification.

To make matters worse, I also experienced serious technical issues while playing. The slots were glitching and lagging, and when I reached a bonus feature, the game froze completely. After that, I was unable to return to that stage. This raises serious concerns about the reliability and fairness of the platform.

I have chased this multiple times and received nothing back. For a company of this size, this level of service is shocking.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved and my account is unlocked, but right now I strongly advise others to stay away.

Maximum fraud, I put money three times in a row on the same game and they didn't let me get any bonuses. SHAME ON YOU.
