Was forwarded an email from the company bet £10 on the King George on Boxing Day (today) and receive 2 x £5 Free Bets to use at Kempton the following day, The 27th. All terms were met and the £10 placed. NO SIGN OF THE 2 X £5 FREE BETS. Contacted their Customer Support who seem to have no idea about anything . Or do they ? The strange thing is the email associated with the account to which they sent the offer is now being identified as spam their end. It's a con without a doubt. Don't fall for the intoductory offers, if you win (as I did), they will lock you out of your account and ask for loads of additional information...photo id, utility bills, bank statements etc. If you then choose to close the account they only refund your original deposit. They use regulations to rob you of your winnings which is criminal. Avoid any Rank Group gambling companys.

Regarding the review below claiming that the app / site rejects winning 'live' roulette bets. I believe that the reason this happens is that there is a delay in the video so that the result is known to the casino operator soon after the bets have been placed, while the video shown to you is still showing the roulette ball spinning around.

Allegedly, if the result is a bad result for the casino operator, e.g. your number will hit resulting in a large payout to you, your bets are then 'rejected' as if allowed then the casino would lose money on that spin, the last thing they want! The delay between the result and the video allegedly creates the opportunity for them to do this.

Check out the Trustpilot reviews for Evolution gaming. This phenomenon also allegedly occurs with other 'live' games and 'live' game shows etc.

Deposited 34 pound got a 30 pound bonus there was a 1500 wager requirement what I completed after winning off the bonus money I cashed out 500 pound and left 277 in the account then they closed my account mid play and wanted documents to prove who I was after my verification was already successful after sign up they then refunded my 34 pound deposit and told me to send documentation to keep playing. It as a joke, my wife’s account she gets a good mix of wins and no wins, but my account is almost 100% NO WIN. I do not believe this is a random game, I am convinced that this is targeted and their system has restricted my ability to win on their game, so my question is now, how many other games are they restricting my ability to win on, I have now completely stopped playing any of the slots on their site, and I no longer put my membership card in the casino slots until such time I can trust their games to be fair again.
