The transfer from my occupational pension schemes went through eventually and Grove is one of the few companies that has the authority to do this. However the process is long, pedantic and ridiculously expensive - a consequence of the lack of competition

Timescales took longer than I expected sometimes lack of communication between
Grove and other parties ie lgps, but got there in the end

Grove pushed things through speedily to ensure were able to meet the deadline for transferring my final salary pension funds into the receiving scheme.
I received sound financial advice from their advisor to help me make the right financial choices.
They were easy to contact and kept me well informed of developments as we went along.

Very good overall but was concerned about the final decision was to close to the deadline, although it was probably my company pension that was at fault
