Did my pension transfer with no problem, very professional.

I was referred to Grove by my IFA to assess my pension options. Throughout, I found the Company professional and thorough. The advice given was carefully explained and although it would not result in them receiving a commission they nevertheless considered it the best choice for my personal circumstances. First rate!

My experience of Grove pensions has been fantastic. They helped me get lump sum for a pension from 40 years ago instead off a meager annual pension and because it was below there minimum amount they recommended I try myself. So they helped me immensely and didn't charge at all.

GPS made the whole transaction very easy from my initial contact with them until the transfer was made.

Brilliant service. Would have given 5 stars if not for one minor issue that delayed things a few weeks. Staff are very easy to talk to and explain things every step of the way without being patronising or condescending.
