3 pairs of boots and 2 sweatshirts took it just over the £50 for the free delivery, good quality at a fantastic price , took 7 days to arrive through royal mail tracked delivery but that was fine I was not in a hurry, well worth the wait will definitely use them again

Paid for express delivery said 2-3 days for order to arrive, 4 days later I email them and the package hasn’t even been shipped! They charge you extra for express shipping but don’t ship your items till a week later, shockingly bad service and still haven’t received my items or been offered any compensation on the delivery I paid extra for. Won’t be using again.

Avoid ordering from this company. I placed an order and paid extra for express delivery, 7 days later no delivery. They are happy to take your money but will not deliver the good. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY avoid at all costs.

I ordered some waterproof Coveralls. After a week of not hearing anything I read the reviews on Trust Pilot and started to think the worst. However, I contacted them by email straight away and they were very responsive and polite. Within the next 2 days I had a Royal Mail tracking number and then 2 days later, today, my item arrived, which seems to be very good quality.
I think we have all become accustomed to goods arriving within days and because there are so many scams out there, we become very suspicious when they don't. Personally I had no issue with this company, you might just have to be a bit patient and wait 7-10 days for your order.

I ordered several items from GS Workwear around 11 days ago with an expected delivery timeframe of 3-5 days.

I Contacted them on the 5th day as I had not heard anything from them regarding my delivery and I give them their due, they responded with a few hours to say that they were expecting to dispatch soon.

It was at this point I done a google search for reviews (Something I would normally do before placing an order) and when I read them on here I must alarm bells were ringing.

I Contacted them again the Following week and They responded quickly again to say the stock had been sent to the wrong warehouse and at this point I really thought I had been turned over, However they did say that they expected to dispatch my items that day and would be upgraded to 24hr delivery service.

The following afternoon sure enough the items arrived.

They are exactly as described and of great quality and were by far the cheapest I could find them on the net after spending hours looking.

Had it of not been for the delay then I would of given them 5 stars for the items, it was just the lack of initial communication and me having to make contact first that I took away a star, had they communicated first that they were experiencing a delay then I would of been fine with the delay.

I ordered a pair of boots and one boot was faulty? It was impossible to get one boot on over my ankle and when I measured one boot was obviously smaller around the ankle than the other!
I returned the boots which cost me £3.95, whilst I did receive a refund they refused to refund my postage cost….use Amazon awful customer service

Product received as described. We’re a bit hesitant to order in this site due to other people worrying experience. We ordered as we also read other people positive experiences. From our experience, we’re happy with the product (Henley Hansen Gail Jacket and Trousers) and delivery is right on specified time. Thank you.

Bought an Elka coverall. It was even better than the description. Great quality and the best price out there. Delivered by Royal Mail within the timescale promised. I was kept informed by email of progress. Delighted. Thank you.

Ordered some t shirts from this company. Package arrived on time and was sent details of delivery. All good arrived within 5-7 days.

Sadly this was an extremely disappointing experience.

Ordered 3 pieces of garden equipment and the website informed me the items would arrive in 3-4 days. On the 4th business day I called them to ask where my delivery was. They informed me that they had been waiting on one piece from the ware house but it was arriving that evening. Once it arrived they would send it out and it would arrive in 1 to 2 days. I expressed my sincere disappointment and after much back and forth the call handler said he would upgrade the delivery to next day free of charge.

The next day came and went and no delivery. 3 business days later I called again, their phone line was closed even though it was only 4:30pm and their website says 5pm. The next day I called again and the call handler told me that one piece was still awaited from the warehouse and it might be another 6-7 days but he could split the order.

Neither call handlers seemed to really care. I asked for a refund and the call handler again said he could split the order for me. I said no, just give me the refund. To be fair, he did issue the refund without further argument but this has cost me 2 weeks now.

I tried not to order from the big one but now I am back where I started and have ordered from the big one but will receive my items 2 week later than I wanted (as at least they deliver).

Avoid.

Was very skeptical of them when I saw some of the poor reviews on here after I placed my order. I'm happy to report I had nothing to worry about! I was informed when my order was dispatched, was able to track my order and it arrived exactly when the order said it would. My son really wanted a particular brand of wellies and every where else was super expensive compared to GS Workwear, my son is now extremely happy that he has them! Thank you GS Workwear.

I could not find Puma Krypton Boots anywhere , they had them, I ordered them and received within a week and a half, they communicated well with me during the process as well,

Read some of the rewiews here and started to wonder if I'd made the right decision.
However, after a few days it arrived as in the description. Product is as ordered and very happy with the price!

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a pair of trousers over a week ago, no update, no arrival of product, nothing at all.

Called and after a lengthy wait time was met by the voice of someone who sounded like he wasn’t bothered at all. Was promised that it would be sent the next day with a tracking number, but surprise surprise, nothing. Finished work today to call again only to find their “phone line are now closed”. Strikes me that I’ve been taken by an absolute scam artist.

Avoid at all costs, terrible.

I made the mistake of looking here after I placed my order, Like other I am waiting for my order and it has not been shipped, I placed an order the same time from a different seller and that has arrived but this shower do not ship.
If you come here before ordering take note of the negatives and think hard before wasting your money.

Refund still not issued don’t order from them hassle

Lovely set of boots delivered on time - noticed a broken eyelet within 20 mins of wearing the boots. Boots returned next day for replacement or refund. Still waiting for my refund as they "need to speak to the manufacturer" (not my problem) before issuing the refund. Incorrectly quoted consumer rights act to me saying they had 30 days (not 14) to refund me. Avoid.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a hole saw on 28th May 2024, delivery was advertised as 1-2 days and it's now 6th June and still no delivery. Called the company and was given a feeble excuse that they had to order the item from there sister company (Bosch). Clearly they have no stock and are just the middlemen in a chain of deceit. Had to go elsewhere to get my product. As of today's date (6/6/24) they only have 38 reviews of which 47% are 1 star!!!!! Strongly recommend you avoid this middleman company and shop elsewhere if you wish to have your product in time, or at all.

Even 1 star review is too much.bi don't even know why I am wasting my life and writing this... I ordered boots, hat and t-shirt I was waiting 2 weeks for theirs "speedy delivery" and even after 2 weeks of waiting for a goods I received wrong size boots. Ordered size 9 and the sent me a size 10 in box saying size 9 . Absolutely clowns... They said to sent it back so they'll resend a new pair instead they refund me. I do not recommend them. Just go somewhere else. Honestly the worst shop ever.
