Never heard of this company before found them on Google and placed a order online for uneek classic polo's and zip up hoodies. My order was sent out quite quick I did have a problem with a wrong polo but this was quickly sorted and the correct one posted I've used the uneek brand for a over 5 years now as they are a good fit and true to the size and wear well for the price I will be using gs workwear again when needed I recommend this company

I've been searching for overalls for ages and I finally found some at a very reasonable price, After enquiring
& corresponding with the staff at GS Workwear (Lyndsay) all I can say is they have been fantastic. The customer service i received was truly impeccable and would give them 10 stars if I could. My parcel arrived a few days after I ordered on Saturday (Easter weekend) which was impressive. I would definitely use them again especially as they are a family run business. Thank you so much. Keep up the amazing work to all the staff are GSworkwear.

Same as many on here paid for express delivery, 3 days later not received, or even dispatched. Contacted them they said one item was out of stock & they were waiting for it come back in before sending. It was something I hadn't ordered & it was in stock online qhen they took my money! When questioned they said it states when ordering that express delivery is only for certain items. It does not or I would not have paid extra for express delivery. When contacted them asking to cancel the order no response!

Brilliant service and great prices! I read reviews on here after placing my order and was slightly worried. I had contacted customer service the day after my order as I had forgotten an item. They sorted it out for me without an issue so was only slightly worried.

I placed the order on Monday, everything was delivered and correct on Friday. Tracking emails received so I knew what was happening.

It’s worth pointing out, most people only tend to leave reviews when things go wrong. I haven’t been hounded for a review like most companies but felt I should share my experience.

Excellent quality work gear! Perfect fit. Delivery times vary so be patient, it’s worth the wait.

Absolute awful company, yet to receive order over a month ago, keep sending me a link for Royal Mail that does not work and they have no record of tracking order, sh”t show of a company

Faulty food supplied twice. Final replacement not fulfilled and refund took over a week. Really not the best service at all

I would happily buy again! Ordered work trousers for myself they did take a week to arrive but other than that everything was spot on. After reading a few bad reviews I was panicking after I already paid. They responded to my email within a few hours and told me everything’s fine and I would receive my parcel very soon. Day later my parcel showed up 👍🏻

Ordered a number of workwear items for husband from GS workwear as some were priced lower than competitors.
The delivery time was almost 1 week from order so allow this time if required quickly!
all items arrived together and are really good quality and fit true to size.

I wrote a one star review of this company because they stole £50 from me when I had to return a pair of boots that I bought from them.
They finally replied but their response contained personal insults and was a complete tissue of lies.
They are a completely dishonest and corrupt company who lie in their statements and steal money from customers.

Ordered fleece, wrong colour, contacted firm who despatched the correct item and advised that they didn't require the wrong one returned, Item despatched same day, can't fault them.Would definitely use them again. Marvellous customer service Mike

Appalling service. Placed an order paid by card. Waited ages for the delivery. Chased them in the end. Kept promising a delivery and nothing. A complete waste of time and effort,

Waited ages for delivery waiting for stock why advertise as in stock no phone number reported to trading standard as do not reply to emails as want a refund

Crap dispatch times

CAUTION. Just about to place a large order via their website. You can not talk to these people by phone as no phone number on the website. When you google GS Workwear for a contact number you get a different company with the same name when you call them. I was informed that they have been going 12 years and are the real original company with high street stores. Sadly, they get lots of calls complaining about the online company of the same name. This online company has nothing to do with them. Then i looked at Trustpilot the online company gets a 3 out of 5 rating and as you can see it gets lots of 1 star reviews and comments about v slow delivery. You cant call them so I have not sent in an order and have gone elsewhere

Waited for 2 weeks to receive my order and 2 items are still missing. Horrible service!

I had an excellent experience with GS Workwear and Tools! The shipping to Canada was incredibly fast, and their communication throughout the process was top-notch. The Stanley/Stella apparel I ordered exceeded my expectations in quality—outstanding craftsmanship and comfort. I highly recommend their service and products!

I’m extremely disappointed with gsworkwear customer service. It took them over a month to respond to my inquiry, during which time the weather had gotten cold, and I had no choice but to wear the item I purchased. Now, a month after I wore it, they’ve finally gotten back to me only to say their policy doesn’t allow for a refund or exchange because the item has been used.

This whole situation could have been avoided if they had responded in a timely manner. Their slow replies and lack of urgency are unacceptable. If you don’t want bad reviews, get back to your customers on time! Poor service all around, and I won’t be shopping here again.
