Delay in shipping
After an initial hiccup of the item not arriving on said day. I emailed the company and got a reply stating that the item will be delivered next day & apologies for the delay.
Item arrived and the item appears to be good quality.
Proof in the pudding will be next week when my partner wears them for work.

GS Workwear & Tools is an operating unit of Goldstar Leisure Ltd. You'll find the limited entity at Companies House and it's Goldstar that you'll need to sue if the need arises.
Shame on me for not taking more notice of the absolute absence of identifying information or any telephone numbers on the GS website.
In my defence I contacted GS by email before I placed an order to discover which courier it would use and I received a swift and helpful response, which also invited me to pay more money to upgrade to 24 hour delivery in the event I placed an order.
I did place a trial order on 10th October 2025 and paid for 24 hour delivery, and haven't received anything. I sent four emails to GS today and just received automated responses stating GS' short working hours and week and telling me it prides itself on its customer service; it really doesn't.
I cancelled the order and took the precaution of sending a pre- action protocol email in case I don't receive a full refund promptly and need to initiate recovery proceedings at the County Court.
That might seem gratuitous, but bear in mind that GS hasn't done what it undertook to do and hasn't communicated with me and effectively can't be contacted.
I don't understand how anyone could give one of the few positive reviews of GS that are on Trustpilot. Disbelieve them, believe the one star reviews and avoid this shower like the plague.
In retrospect Goldstar Leisure Ltd. has tried hard to hide itself when operating as GS Workwear and Tools and that tells me everything I need to know about its directors.
Quick warranty claim
The item I bought broke within the warranty period. I received a refund within 24 hours. None of this, we need to inspect it malarkey.

Exceptional Customer Services from GS Workwear…
I purchased 10 items from GS Workwear which arrived on time, and in excellent condition.
However, when I used the Draper watering can the rose lid dripped instead of spraying so I contacted customer services to only replace the rose lid.
I gave GS Workwear 5 stars because I received exceptional service from Mahesh who kindly replaced the whole item free of charge.
That is what I call "Service".
Thank you GS Workwear Great Job as always.

Good value safety jackets. Although there was a delay in delivery initially, communication was excellent with helpful information and the jacket arrived on upgraded 24hour delivery

Absolutely terrible company.
I purchased a pair of Buckbootz work boots from them; however, when i first wore them outside i noticed that the left boot was leaking. I sent the boots back to GS, only to be told that there was nothing wrong with them and if i wanted them back i would have to pay delivery for the defective boots to be returned to me. I argued this over several months, as the boots weren't wearable, only to be told that the boots had been disposed of, because i hadn't paid the postage cost to be returned to me.

Absolutely awful. Do not buy from this company. Placed an express delivery order on Thursday morning. I have emailed GS workwear twice about why I hadn’t received a shipping email and have had no response after two working days. Seems like a scam website to me, that’s how poor this service has been.

Ordered mascot hi vis trousers on Monday evening, arrived Wednesday morning as stated on website, only had 1 pair in stock of my size for that delivery time but will definitely be ordering more when I return from working abroad

Tread carefully - buy locally....
As with many others - expected delivery within 3 days and when it did not arrive I was frustrated and emailed them. They replied: 'checkout showed you a 8-10 day delivery date'. It did not. All became a bit of a hassle as I needed what I had ordered urgently by this stage so I cancelled the order with GSW and purchased what I needed from a store 25 miles away. I drove to collect it. The next day they had not replied to my cancellation so I emailed them it a second time asking them to confirm the cancellation. Within a couple of hours I had an email stating 'item dispatched'. No phone number to call to sort this so I emailed them twice more demanding they honour my cancelled order.
They said It had been sent so I had to either receive the delivery and arrange with GSW for it to be returned (no thanks!) or reject the delivery with the courier. I then had to chase them for who and when it was being delivered. They emailed me that Royal Mail was the courier. Royal Mail have a website dedicated to businesses showing them how they can 'recall' packages and one reason for doing so listed is: 'customer cancellation'. But no, I have to stay-in all day to ensure Royal Mail don't leave the item at our door.
GSWorkwear seems to be a 'garden shed' setup and their customer service represents this. Their 'delivery date' at checkout cannot be trusted and they should mark clearly on every item page '8-10 days delivery' where this is the truth. I will not be buying from them again as I do not trust them. Tread carefully - shop locally - lessons learnt.
