Due to a change in employment circumstances, I wanted to cancel my gym membership. The customer services team were very quick to respond and helpful in contacting the relevant provider and arranging the cancellation. Special shout out for Lauren and Lalie for their help.

I faced some membership issues (couldn't book sessions), and also issues with the app. Tried to get it sorted through the leisure centre- proven quite difficult. But things got sorted very quickly through Gymflex (shout out to Connie). Very quick response and friendly services. Highly recommended.

Connie was extremely proactive and responsive in porting my gym membership from one gym to another.

Really helpful customer service with Bhavna on the phone. She knew exactly what I needed and was able to get the issue resolved really quickly. I now have access to my gym and it's been less than 30mins of me ringing - very impressive.

Had an issue with my membership as sustained an injury which is taken several months longer than anticipated to heal. In the meantime I had joined first fitness but for two months had never been due to my injury. I had been emailing FF over the last 6 weeks to try and cancel my membership - supported by medical letter and i have to say I was getting nowhere! I then contacted Gymflex and Faith has been dealing with this for me. It has taken only one week and my membership has now been successfully cancelled, this was mainly due to Faith acting on my behalf so thank you Faith!

Had my home gym at a different address and Connie helped me change it to my local one without any extra costs. Her responses were quick and to the point.

I was having trouble accessing my gym and Faith was excellent in chasing the gym and keeping me updated with any progress. Faith has been a massive help in resolving this issue in a timely manner and I really appreciate all the effort they have put in!

After an issue with my husband's gym membership, I spoke to Bhavna who was professional, patient and efficient in resolving the problem, keeping me updated at each stage of the process. Highly recommend.

I moved house and needed my home gym changing and wanted to update my membership so I had access to my partners gym also, my advisor was called Connie and she dealt with my request rapidly and her customer service was perfect, plenty of updates when they came in and was just generally really nice. I did forget to ask her to change my home gym but when I asked her once my upgrade was sorted she had it sorted in no time. Overall Connie was pretty amazing.

After an issue with the home gym upon my set up I contacted Gymflex to get this resolved.
I was blessed with Lauren who has been nothing short of amazing getting this sorted.
I had the unfortunate time of the issue occur on a Friday before a bank holiday weekend and I did not expect and email back until at least the Tuesday.
Not only was I contacted on the Friday to confirm that my issue had been picked up, I was well on my way to a resolution when I had access to my work email on the Tuesday. Now we are on Wednesday and it's all sorted.
