From the minute I arrive I was warmly welcomed, the staff are exceptional and the whole day was a pleasant experience, I can not yet comment on the final final results but my day was a 5 out of 5. I really do feel I made the perfect choice after shopping around for months. Thankyou so much The hair Dr team.

Avoid this clinic at Leeds, as well as Beaconsfield. Spent £18000 in total across 2 procedures at both clinics. Extremely poor outcomes, but worst of all not a single follow up appointment given to me, no messages, no contact, nothing. Left to my own devices.

I can corroborate several other user's experiences, whereby they also experienced pressure tactics on the day of procedure around increasing costs. I agreed a price on the day of the second procedure (£6000), and was fully gowned up, only to be told the price had increased to £12000 in total. Feeding on a customers insecurity and vulnerability. AVOID.

Worst of all I have tried very politely to negotiate in good faith with the clinic for last month, and rather than engage with me in a professional manner, they have blocked me!! Ridiculous customer service!

I will be telling everyone online and more able this clinic until I get partial refund.

I had a great experience with my hair transplant, can’t thank Dr. Hamzah and his team enough for being so professional and very supportive through the whole procedure.

From start to finish the whole process was smooth with no pressure at all. Dr Hamza and his staff very helpful and pleasant through the whole day which made the procedure feel a lot better.

Contacted Hair Dr, initially I called them and the man I spoke to sounded very helpful, asking me to send pics via email. I took pics and emailed them, I also used their telephone call back booking system to arrange a 30 mins telephone discussion for the morning after. All set, or so I thought. At the time of the pre-booked call back - no call received. Also, there had been no reply to the email I sent the day before. I waited a few hours and called them in the afternoon to explain what had happened (or not in this case). The lady who answered apologized and advised me that she would get someone to call me back asap. More than 24 hour later and nothing from them. There is current advice out there to be wary and suspicious of places that have lots of 5 star Reviews! UPDATE -a few weeks later they have replied to my bad review - dismissively - to say they have no record of treating me -well Duhh, that is the whole point - I never got to the point of becoming a patient as they totally ignored my email and call back request which was officially confirmed and scheduled to take place.

Came here for a hair transplant, from the beginning dr hamza made me feel at ease with the procedure. The girls, in particular Kiera, made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure, providing me with snacks & drinks and always checking up on how I’m feeling.

I’m a few weeks post op from my Hair Transplant Procedure, so far everything has been more than i expected. Dr Hamza is very clear and very understanding. He was always there to answer my crazy “what if” questions i had on the day and helped me a lot with my nerves. He did nothing but make sure i was comfortable throughout the whole procedure and has continued to have follow up appointments with me, as my months to the final result progress.

I also would like to add, the team and the atmosphere all day was incredible and a special shout out to Georgia. She was the first face i saw in the morning and did nothing but make me feel assured. I was pretty nervous going in but she remained calm with me and again, answered any questions i had through out the day. 10/10 would recommend.

Booked in for a hair transplant and the whole day ran really smoothly. Everything was well organised and the team made it feel very relaxed from the start.

I came across Saw Hair Dr Clinic during my research and, seeing so many 5-star reviews, I did wonder if it was too good to be true.

From my first meeting with Dr Hamza, I was given an honest and realistic assessment of my hair. He didn’t sugar-coat anything, which I really respected and appreciated. Before the treatment, both Dr Hamza and Georgia took the time to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease.

On the day of the procedure, Dr Hamza, Georgia, and the team of girls who worked on me were amazing. They kept me calm throughout and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I was very relaxed during the procedure, which made a big difference, and I’m genuinely grateful to everyone involved.

I’m now in the aftercare stage, and Dr Hamza has been checking in daily, reassuring me and guiding me through the aftercare, which is strict but very easy to follow.

It’s not an easy decision or process to go through initially, but they really do make it as smooth and comfortable as possible. I’ll be leaving another review once I see the final results, but for now I’d highly recommend the clinic and say a big thank you to Dr Hamza, Georgia, and the whole team.
