You're great and we love being your caffeine dealer!
Disappointing
We ordered the Chocolate Heaven coffee bundle but given the positive reviews were disappointed. All the coffees were bland, lacking in flavour and indistinguishable from each other.

Hi we are so sorry to see this and we can see that our team reached out to you to try and assist / offer you a replacement of any coffee you would like with our HRCW Guarantee.
We back what we roast and although taste is subjective and we receive great feedback on our flavours, it’s not to everyone’s taste.
As part of our guarantee we can offer you a replacement 4 x 100g of some other coffees of your choice to sample to help you find the right one.
Being a family run company we pride ourselves on customer service and would love to help you find your favourite coffee!
Please do reply so we can send you some other coffees that might suit your fancy?

Flavoured coffee without flavour…
Ive ordered a robusta and a pack of flavoured coffee - chocolate, chocolate hazelnut, chocolate orange and one more variety. Drank 2 of them - no flavour at all and actually has a just a weird unpleasant taste. Doesn't even smell nice of coffee upon opening the packet. Would not order again

Reliability
We have a repeat order with Coffee warehouse, the quality of the product and the advise given has been consistently good. It is easy to change delivery periods if and when needed. Updates are helpful, but not excessive.

Delicious 😋
I can't say anything more than absolutely delicious. Most infused coffees are very light in flavour, this did not dissappoint.

Exceptional service
Super service. It was very bespoke, kind and friendly. I received quick responses to my coffee enquires and Jess rustled up a selection to trial. I love the DGC house. Thank you for your exceptional support.
