Great service. The team is super very friendly and assess the tasks needed with much attention and professionalism. Jonathan installed hammock hooks and 3 trellis and the service was great! Apart from being polite and friendly he was very thoughtful when planing the jobs and considering what would bring most benefit to the house. Very happy with everything!

Excellent work and very quickly arranged.
Richard & Jermaine arrived on time to fix a fence panel that had fallen over in the storm and then Richard stayed to put up a shelf. Very quick, very polite and very helpful. I'm happy to recommend them highly and will use Handy Squad again.

Handy Squad is great
Handy Squad is great! I have been using them for years. My latest service, earlier this week, was from Richard. He hung a large TV on a wall and put up many pictures. I kept adding more, but he cheerfully accommodated all my requests. He did a great job, and I will call HS again the next time I need help around the house.

Couldn't recommend The Handy Squad enough! Robert was our Handyman and the quality of his work was excellent! He put up a HUGE TV on the wall for us, and when we asked him to do 3 other jobs he did them quickly and without fuss. He was a really friendly guy. And the efficiency of HS HQ was also impressive! Good, reliable service
I've now used the handy squad on multiple occasions.
My recent dealing with them has been very good. They helped me arrange the work even through I was travelling overseas.
all the things I needed fixed were fixed which is great.
They do have a new policy where they want to lock the money up front for the visit. I admit if I hadn't used them before this would put me off, but on this occasion I was happy to do it because I have use them before and their work has been good.
On one of the jobs Russell the handy man actually went above and beyond and build a "hing" where the original was broken and we couldn't get a replacement so very grateful for his ingenuity.

Thank you very much for your kind and detailed post. It is also helpful to us to read of your issue regarding the up-front arrangements. Our policy has not changed, but looking into this visit it appears that you actually ended up paying in advance due to communication issues as you were away. We do often take a deferred payment ahead of a visit. This is a pre-agreed amount that is held on your payment card to provide us with security of payment and avoids you having to arrange payment at the end of the visit, particularly if you are not physically going to be there. We only actually take that payment once the work is satisfactorily completed. Hopefully, we can demonstrate this as and when you next want to book in with us.
