Dario was super polite and knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. He went above and beyond to make sure he found and fixed the problem with our lights.

A long story cut short-ish. Their engineer fitted the wrong toilet flush completely - single flush to replace a dual (I'd requested like for like) despite coming out prior to assess what was needed. When I told my usual handyman that the flush wasn't working well and had never worked well, he looked and told me the SS engineer had fitted a single but the fittings inside were for dual, I reported it to Silver Saints who wouldn't accept any responsibility and said I was out of warranty. I fought it and it took 3 separate visits by 3 different engineers, 20-odd emails and the threat of court action, over a period of many months, before they agreed to process a refund. I have now received a refund but not for the full amount, so I'm still emailing them for the outstanding £42. I'm surprised to hear others have had such positive experiences with this company because honestly, my experience has been dreadful and I would recommend steering well clear of them.

Knows exactly what he's doing. Suggested a long-term solution rather than a quick fix / papering over the cracks. He's also done our bathroom and it's very good.

I can always trust that Marco will do a good job. I'm really happy with the shelves and coat rack that he installed. They are positioned exactly like I imagined!

Jay visited a property where I am the landlord. He was super professional and pragmatic. My tenant asked him to look at a number of other small issues which she was concerned about and I was happy for him to deal with. Jay did what he could and made other sensible suggestions.
I have tried other companies but I am always impressed by Silver Saints: for various reasons there was an error on the address but Silver Saints were excellent and understanding and waived the charges which I was extremely grateful for. I absolutely recommend them and Jay has been first class.
