All ok. Furniture ready for pickup when I arrived.

Was great experience and we even bought a few items but have travelled quiet a distance to get what we wanted with excellent customer service Phil hann was so brilliant with us showed us what we wanted went to crisshands store now contact not even a hello very poor in cross hands but in Swansea excellent service

Terry was very helpful, made my purchase very easy. Will recommend to everyone.

Walked in the Swansea store and found exactly what we wanted at an amazing price. Was greeted by a lovely guy called Phil who was happy to answer all of our questions. Great store, great customer service, friendly staff.

Fantastic service! Went in on the Sunday to buy a mattress, the price was excellent and it was delivered by the Thursday (even though we were told it could take 2-4 weeks to order in as it wasn’t in stock!). The salesman, Phil, was friendly and efficient-would definitely use again.

From the very start of ordering a bed online with you,i found the whole thing was excelent,you can arrange online to make up your bed and colours also whatever way you really want it,very impressed with the service you provide,i would highly recommend you to anyone who would have a new bed,nothing too hard to arrange and the service you provide to the public is second to none

Very pleasant experience at ds furniture in Crosshands, just went in for a look around the stores and got chatting to a gentleman called Steve, who made us feel welcome and ended up buying a bamboo pillow so I would highly recommend u pay a visit here as it is a nice store and the staff are fab, way better than leekes btw

DS Furniture Crosshands. Excellent customer service. Took us ages to find a nice upright sofa and Steve was very patient when we visited several times before we chose the perfect one. When the sofas arrived from a well known manufacturer there appeared to be something that wasn't quite right with one of the sofas. I dealt with Rachel who went out of her way to help us obtain a replacement not a repair on a brand new sofa. It is very rare these days to find a company that actually cares about the customer. visited there swansea store last november purchased a 4 draw midi chest and 2 draw wardrobe .staff could not have been more helpful kept us up to date on delivery time would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant customer service on numerous items. Would 100% recommend and will be back.
