On 18 SEP 26 at or around 6 PM in downtown Athens, TN I went through the "drive thru" and purchased the #1 burger combo with large fries and a chocolate shake. The order came to $13.10. While waiting at the window I observed considerable trash and food on the floor and under some of the appliances. The fries weren't hot and were maybe an inch in length. They seemed more like hours old french fry bits. The burger was dry and the buns looked as though they had been compressed somehow. Overall, the burger looked quite "flat" and was very underwhelming. The chocolate shake was adout 1/3rd whipped cream and 2/3rds ice cream which was more melted than thick. The young lady was friendly and smiled while the young man wearing the red shirt seemed, tired, board and disinterested. I won't be back which is a shame because I usually enjoy Hardee's.

You have the manager up front, and she slow. She doesn't ask you if you want a small, medium or large. They do not give you a knife to eat your biscuit and gravy with, and they have a lady that's working in the back.the lady that helping out front with a white tea shirt on. I used to work at hardy's many years ago, making biscuits and cinnamon raisin, and that's not right, they are slow and they are sorry.

The Hardee's in Toccoa Ga has the best employees. We stopped eating there a long time because it got unbearable, then, decided to try again and all the employees there make you feel as though you are important. They lift up our day with their smiles and friendliness. You have several good employees there but Marty/Mardia is one of the greatest. So, so, cheerful, always. We appreciate eating there again.

Order is always correct in Lakeshore Maryland location. Jocelyn always asks about needed condiments, napkins etc. Always friendly and helpful.

I was served a delicious backon, egg ,gravy&biscuits at 1401 Hardee's in Kingsport Tennessee with urine on the bacon human pee I think the bacon tasted like a bathroom 🚻 toilet . So beware of them I stopped and brought it to the management's attention and they just laughed and said it wasn't their problem what was on my breakfast.

We stopped at the Hardee’s in Bay Minette, Al on way back from vacationing at the beach and all the staff were extremely nice and very professional. Food was hot and fresh.

I ordered grits from the location of Wrightboro/Jimmy Dyess, Augusta Georgia, when I got home I opened the cup to a bowl of water...I returned my order, I didn't receive and apology or anything, they all looked at me like I was the problem. The young lady that worked the drive through had a male all in her space (body touching) while she was completing the transaction...very inappropriate. Neitherless to say I will never go there again, I understand completely why their score is a 84.

The hardees in Peru Indiana has the best service. Every time I go there the employees are always friendly and smiling. They also have the best fries. Always hot.

The staff, and the service, in Mountain City TN and cleanliness of the store,was fantastic

Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit was so tough I COULD NOT CHEW it, horrible and the price of the combo was ridiculous. Biscuit advertised as $3.99, the combo was $10.09, small coke and small hash rounds. NEVER AGAIN

My parents visit the location at 6760 Clinton highway 37812 this location is poorly ran the GM should be replacing immediately I watched an elderly couple fall in the parking lot told the cashier she shrugged her shoulders and pretended like she didn't hear anything personally this behavior is completely wrong and should not be approved but for some reason this company supports these people this location is never opened or the lobby is closed because the management runs off the crew constantly because they are rude and hateful and talk down to people honestly this has been going on for quite some time the behavior of these people is very sad but I will be going to the location and Hall since they are actually nice and know how to treat people fast inefficient and are always open the manager there is very nice unlike the manager on Clinton highway who feels that you owe her something in life I owe her nothing but what I witnessed today was the most saddest thing I have ever seen out of any company

I seldom visit Hardees, but today I gave the location in Southport Richmond, Va, a shot. It was a mistake. The counter help was rude. The order was wrong & incomplete. How a national fast food chain can operate like this is a mystery & a shame. I remember why I snubbed Hardees before. I guess for one chain to be exceptional, another (Hardees) needs to be crappy.

This is the third time this has happened, I’ve paid an extra two dollars for a sausage patty at the Bronson Fl location and I’ve been given a biscuit with no sausage every time. I’ve had cold food served to me and been refused anything. I’ve tried calling the store yet when I call Verizon says the number has been shut down.

The hardees in garner #1189 has a wonderful cashier name Candyce who I’ve seen recently working there in the morning. Her smile is as bright as day. She is sweet, loving & makes sure that I get my food at a reasonable time without me having to wait so long. I hope to see her pretty smile everytime I come by there. Exceptional service that she gives.

My drive thru order at the North 3rd Terre Haute site was shorted and when I went back for the items I didn't receive they charged me again.
I will never order food from Hardees again in this life time.

Just tried to place an order from your website that says you're open at 8:00 but when you go to add food to the cart and check out it says the store doesn't open till 8:00 so I go to punch in and order and punch it in for 8:30 thinking they would still process it you can't even get the order process till 8:30 when the time says what's truly sucks so I just wasted my morning trying to get some breakfast and it sucks that none of this was done because your website was screwed up and the other sad part about it is that nobody could process the order which makes no sense at all and there was a good offer involved if you can only get when you redeem it through the app or on the website it just sucks it's too early in the morning for this shit Hardee's fix your website fix something

It's the first time I've been back to the Hardee's in Pekin, Illinois, for a while, but I had a gift card balance that I wanted to use. I was already aware that the group of gentlemen I used to see in there every single morning was now meeting at McDonald's, but I didn't know why. However, I soon found out. I ordered a chicken filet biscuit and a senior coffee--but changed the drink to water when I found that a senior coffee had gone from something like $1.09 (from what I can remember) to $2.11! How about a Coke? Same price! (And a regular coffee in a smaller cup is now $2.69!) No wonder those gentlemen deserted Hardee's! Anyway, when I opened the chicken biscuit, I was shocked to see that the biscuit was falling apart. Nevermind, I could handle that. But the chicken filet was so salty that I couldn't finish it. No, I didn't take it back up to the counter; I just wrapped it up and set it aside, very disappointed. However, when I left Hardee's, I went to McDonald's and got a senior Coke, to quench my thirst, for 78 cents. I'm thankful that my Hardee's gift card balance is depleted.
