Tom Barnett was a star, ensuring that all our needs were considered. He provided a very quick turnaround on the proposal and delivery of the newly leased hardware and was supportive at every stage, ensuring that no stone was left unturned. Even when we had a delivery issue, he apologised and immediately stepped in to organise redelivery via a reliable courier.
