Faulty mac charger
I had an issue with a faulty macbook charger that had stopped working, which led me to contact the support team. Millie and Rick were both incredibly helpful, responding quickly and arranging for a replacement to be sent out straight away on the designated day. The whole process was fast and hassle free, which meant I could continue working without any worries.

Having used Hardsoft Limited for 10 years or so I highly recommend their service, both Hardware and support. Many times we have been assisted and kept our IT running through lots of mishaps and issues. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, always with timely resolutions.
