I am honestly so happy with my results. I had a little stubborn fat around my abdomen and flanks that just wouldn't go away, no matter what I tried. The laser lipo was smooth and the recovery was much quicker than expected and I started seeing noticeable changes in just few days.

The team took amazing care of me, explained everything very clearly and I felt very comfortable throughout. I feel more confident, lighter and absolutely love the shape I am in now.

Very satisfied with the vaser liposuction surgery. Final result is very good. Very satisfied with the aftercare.

I originally paid £4,450 for a Vaser Liposuction procedure scheduled for 13 September 2025. After completing all pre-surgery requirements, taking time off work, and travelling to the clinic, I was informed on the day that their Vaser machine had malfunctioned and the procedure could not go ahead.

I was assured in writing that a full refund would be issued promptly. Instead, what followed was almost two months of delays, during which I repeatedly had to chase the clinic for updates.

During this period, the clinic emailed me multiple times stating they were experiencing “financial difficulties”, were “running at a loss”, and could only refund me gradually in small instalments. At one point I was asked to remove my negative reviews, which I did temporarily in order to allow the refund to progress — something no customer should feel pressured to do.

Refunds eventually arrived in several instalments (£1,000, £450, £250 etc.), long after the cancellation. Although I am now fully refunded, this entire process caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and significant inconvenience.

My concerns based on my experience:
• Procedure cancelled due to equipment malfunction
• Refund only partially paid over many weeks
• Repeated references to financial instability in their own emails
• Pressure to remove reviews to avoid delays
• Poor communication throughout

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this clinic proceeds with extreme caution and ensures they fully understand the risks based on my experience.

This review reflects my honest and factual account. I am open to updating it should the clinic offer appropriate goodwill compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I had Gyno and Vaser liposuction under local anesthetic. Initial consultation was very detailed. Explained all the risks of the procedure. Surgery took around 1.5 hrs. Six months post surgery . I am very happy with the result. It is the second time I am using this company . Aftercare is very good. Would recommend

very disappointed by the aftercare , I ve lost a lot of blood 🩸 it was an infection and ended up in hospital while in holidays in France , I’m going to court to pay for the expenses occurred unfortunately

I had vaser liposuction on my abdomen, flanks and a fat transfer breast augmentation under local anesthetic in July and I am over the moon with the results.

The surgery itself took over 2 hours, which was the advised time and it was uncomfortable in parts, but not unbearable. I could have chosen to have general but local is safer.

The surgeon seemed very experienced and I have had minimal bruising and recovered quickly. I went back to work after a few days.

The communication with James has been great and he responds quickly to my WhatsApp messages post and pre-surgery.

The clinic was clean, the process was explained well. I look and feel much more confident. Would recommend 👌

She said the facilities were excellent & the staff were great.

I have had a positive experience, from the initial consultation, the follow up consultation and the procedure itself; I have been pleased.

Pre and post care advice excellent. Surgeon did an excellent job. Stubborn lower abdominal fat removed with vaser liposuction. Was skeptical but the results are really great.

Absolutely awful. Not professional at all.
I had a consultation for a procedure in February and paid a deposit of £1000 just to be ignored for months. Still to this date no correspondence. I have contacted the clinic to just be fobbed off and still no correspondence at all. Absolutely awful customer service. I will not be going ahead with my procedure with the Harley body clinic. Small claims court is on the cards if I hear nothing back this week.

Great experience at the Harley Body Clinic, would definitely recommend. The surgeons were very accommodating from start to finish of my vaser liposuction journey and really listened to the concerns i had.
