A car crashed into a building and Alex mangaged the insurance claim from A - Z with a very proffesional approach. Emails were answered promptly and service and success was on the highest level possible.

From having one of the worst experiences with a horrific break in to my home, Harris Balcombe made the whole process feel safe and reassured me every step of the way. They were meticulous with their work and continued to offer me support throughout which ultimately resulted in the best outcome from a horrible circumstance. I would highly recommend their services.

Excellent service from start to finish. Alex Balcombe’s communication was very good.
It is important to add that HB can only control what they can control in any claim being claimed (processed) . Time , payout size. Etc.
The only comment that I would make is that our earliest expectation of payout was substantially higher than our actual payout. (approximately 50%) .
1 outiler quote for our works to be undertaken totally undercut all the other quotes. This materially affected what we were paid out.
That said the eventual payout helped reduce our repair costs meaningfully. It’s a complex process & HB knew what they are doing.

We can’t recommend this company enough, they were with us, helping and supporting us every step of the way at one of the worst times of our lives. Every person we dealt with went above and beyond and Samantha Hamer is a truly wonderful lady who I can’t thank enough for everything she has done for us. I don’t know what we would have done without her and this company in general, we are forever grateful and feel blessed that Harris Balcombe were there when we need help!

We approached Petar at HarrisBalcombe a few days ago regarding the 3 year saga we have had with an insurance company over a subsidence claim. His efficiency and support has been impressive - putting us in touch with a subsidence expert has already helped to get some perspective on the complex situation.
It is unusual in these unreliable times to find a Company that does what it says and seems to genuinely care about doing a fair and decent job.

In May 2019 my business was destroyed by a devastating fire. I contacted Harris Balcombe to help me navigate the insurance claim. The claim was fraught with problems and delays due to the loss adjuster, who sought to obstruct many aspects of the claim. Thank goodness for Mark Burke who saved the day. His expertise and diligence was first class and I will be eternally grateful to him for securing a fair settlement from my insurers. Having said that, the claim for business interruption is still ongoing! Again, if it wasn't for Mark Burke and his team pursuing it, I would have given up long ago.

Harris Balcombe are among yo nicest most professional group of people I have ever met. Myself and my business partner lost everything in catastrophic fire at our business. We hired Harris Balcombe to deal with our insurance claim on our behalf, and thank goodness we did.

I knew nothing about loss assessors until a couple of weeks ago! I needed advice re structural repairs in our house and the way in which the problem was being handled by our insurers.
I spoke with Gareth Philips yesterday who gave me amazing advice, and nothing was too much trouble, as I bombarded him with questions!

Sam and the team were excellent. We had two major fires at the same property we were so impressed with Harris Balcombe we used them on both occasions. This was a rented property and the tenants were an absolute nightmare. They spun things out for two years and tried to sue us for £90,000. Could not have got through this without Sam's expertise. We could always contact her if needed. She worked tirelessly on our behalf which wasn't easy with nightmare tenants like ours. That didn't phase her.
