Really nice guys to deal with Andrew and Eric. Bought Heritage cube 8 seat rattan set lovely quality. Ordered extra spare cover which was missed off the order. But was quickly despatched and delivered by DHL 2 days later no quibble. Thank you. Only issue is due to rattan rim on edge of table. When rains the rain puddles on table top and cannot drain. So need to find a device to allow a slope for rain to drain off.

Be aware that delivery is kerbside which is no good whatsoever if you can't unpack / move furniture from your front drive on your own. No delivery time slot given either. Totally impractical. Sadly, had to return furniture.

Harts furniture really is a great company to buy from. The quality of the furniture is much better than I imagined and the people who answer the phones are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The furniture is well made and comfortable!

I ordered a corner garden set by telephone (wanted to check not a scam company as so many about). My call was answered immediately and the guy who answered was very polite and helpful. I was able to choose my delivery date and received confirmation invoices via email immediately. The goods were delivered as requested and the delivery driver was very pleasant. My husband checked all the goods as he took them out of boxes and all seem fine. We are waiting to set it up as getting a new lawn fitted next week - so looking forward to being able to sit out on it in the sun.

Ordered a dining set, and its amazing value. Really impressed with the quality. We brought the heritage 6 seat round set. The chairs are big and comfortable. Delivery was quick, the rattan feels really strong and long lasting

Beautiful furniture delivered, slight problem with two of the cushions, which was rectified immediately. Couldn't fault them and would definitely recommend.

Ordered a Bistro set delivery was for a Thursday no delivery they rang me Friday asking if I would accept Saturday I said yes no problem, Saturday came and went , I rang them Mon they said they didn't know where my delivery was and when it would be delivered so I cancelled, two weeks later I got a refund after chasing them yet again rubbish firm avoid

Very pleased with garden furniture. Very good quality and just as described on website. They were able to deliver it early, and the delivery man was very helpful.
They forgot to send the cover but very quickly resolved it and it arrived within the week. That is also very good quality. Would definitely recommend this company.

The ordering process was very easy. I was notified by email what day to expect the delivery and had a chance to change it if needed. The delivery itself was very good and the driver placed it where it was safe. The furniture itself (cube) is good quality. Very happy customer.

The cube rattan dining furniture is lovely so far, although we haven't had that much opportunity to enjoy it thanks to the great British weather! Thank goodness it came with a cover. Sadly delivery arrived a day earlier than we had been advised so I had to rush back home from a work appointment in order to sign for delivery and my husband wasn't home to help as planned.

Ordering process very simple, items arrived ahead of original delivery date, kept up to date regarding delivery.

Ordered the extra clips to secure the furniture together, despite this the furniture does still come apart slightly. Overall pleased with the furniture.

I placed my order but was unable to order a cover for my furniture on the website. When I rang to enquire the phone lines were busy so I emailed and they got straight back to me and told me the item was in stock and I could order it over the phone. It came along with my furniture which arrived sooner than expected. I would not hesitate to order from this company again, customer service was great and the furniture is good quality and value for money.
