We have always had great service from this company. We had a problem with our water softener and out came the lovely Ben Luffman who persevered until he sorted out the problem which took quite some time. He was patient and efficient and a credit to your company. Many many thanks

Misleading sales practice and very unprofessional customer service.
During the water softener demo at my house, the sales person told me that the reinstallation would be free of charge for the first house move. After contacting them 7 months post installation to get it reinstalled as I moved to a new home, they want to charge me 400 GBP again, telling me that the free of charge was only valid for 90 days which was not mentionned to me at all. It was one of the main reason I bought the product on the day. I was lied to for sales commision purpose. Furthermore, inexistant customer service, no reply to email, calls. I had to chase to get contradictory answers and a final one that said that I had no proof to justify my claim. Customer complaint service still hasnt replied to my email to this day... very very unprofessional... short term quick buck mentality...

An awful company, they cleaim to be the best but have extreemly poor customer service. They have been chasing us for a bill we've paid, two years after installation and hearing nothing more from them, we then started receiving demands for payment out of the blue. This is all so wrong, on so many levels. The installation was shoddy, without the overflow being connected, which has caused a damp patch and water on the floor permanently.
When I cantacted them to fix the overflow they were going to charge me a large sum despite being within their claimed 3 year 'guarantee period' this i have only found out subsequently. So in the end I was forced to fix the overflow myself or pay for something that wasn't correctly installed in the first place to be 'fixed'

Absolutely appalling and exasperating - do not go near them.

Avoid this company. It used to be a very good and reliable company like 7 years ago. Now it’s in shambles. Avoid at all costs. There are much cheaper and better companies out there for water softeners including Costco.
After 6 years they suddenly realised that I owe them £50 or something like that. Although I paid my invoice in full 6 years ago.
It’s an accounting mistake probably but that’s the point. 6 years later they are claiming that I owe them some pennies despite paying thousands to install their Softner and owing them nothing once paid. So much for customer service.
Then instead of contacting me they give my details to debt collectors. Not that they are going to get a penny but it’s so annoying. Obvious this company is rotting away slowly.

You all have been warned. Avoid them. If your friends recommend you to use them it’s because they get some salt for free as a thank you worth like £100 or £50. In our Kent group some cheap people keep posting their recommendations in our WhatsApp groups for their free salt. Pathetic.
Also when your friends installed them in Kent or London they would have installed them when the company was a well run business.
Read the other negative reviews here and that should give you a good understanding.

Reasonably ok product. Customer service very poor. They contacted me a while ago as my account was in arrears because of a system switch over on their end.

Then about a week ago I received a letter from a collection agency demanding payment which I duly paid.

I wanted to know what is going on and try tried to call in. Sat in a queue for ages after joining at position 19. Hung up in the end.

Have sent numerous emails to their accounts department with no response.

Mark is a very professional guy. He did his job well. Every stuff installed neatly. He explained everything clearly, hence I find them easy to use.

Just installed a water softener few days ago. The first visit was good, I got good advice from the sales rep (Mohammed). The scheduling of the installation was smooth. And the installer (Mark S) was excellent - neat and tidy installation, clear and friendly demonstration, and the place was clean up thoroughly afterwards.

An absolutely abhorrent company.
They are super attentive & responsive when they want your business, but as soon as they have it, they treat you disgracefully!
I wrote a review here in August & it has conveniently disappeared 🤔.
They responded to my review & told me to contact them, which I did, & again no response whatsoever!

Recently purchased a water softener. My expericence from meeting Frank Moore (sales advisor) to having it plumbed in by Aron Sheridan has been great.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. The installers Leigh Gilbert and Andy Wallace were efficient, helpful and friendly. They made sure everything was tidied up after.

Nick Trentini the technician who came to our house to fit a new water softener from Harvey’s was absolutely marvellous as he was faced with the problem of fitting it into a very small space he got to a stage where he thought it would not fit but due to his determination and knowledge he eventually completed the job. Also a clean worker and left us with no mess. My wife and I are both full of admiration of his skills. We will write a report on the function of the softener when we have had it operating for a period of time.

We had a new water softener, tap and filter fitted today, following on from our initial enquiry one week ago…., very impressive.
The engineer who installed the units (Lee) was courteous, efficient and tidy. He is a credit to his company.

I have been using this company for 14 years. I have been renting my water softener from them and they have always been extremely helpful and great. This year due to a divorce my ex husband cancelled the direct debit I called the company to advise them of the new account details which were all taken and set up at the time. I called up Harveys on Monday this week for them to tell me I am no longer a rental customer and I have to pay. Harveys were fully aware of the new bank details yet money was not taken from my account which I had not noticed yet they also at no point contacted me to state that the direct debit had been cancelled despite having new account details. I have been chasing Harveys for 4 days now to speak to someone as no-one calls back. Harveys won't take responsibility of their incompetence in this situation and are now after 14 years expecting me to upgrade to a different rental agreement. I have chased them again today I am still waiting for someone to call me back. I am really disappointed with the way Harveys staff have dealt with this situation.
