After a while I thought that this had been long enough so I called and was connected to an absolute GEM called Caitlin who guided me through the process, and made it completely stress free, I would recommend Haven to everyone

Scam company
Garbage insurance company, avoid this at any cost.
Had an accident on 10 Dec morning, I called them to report a claim immediately. Took me almost 1.5 hr to finish the report and they had me to choose either salvage it or to risk paying thousands of pounds to repair (they decided on spot thru phone without inspecting). I have no choice tp accept it to proceed and they said they would send a Co-parts truck to tow it to the salvage garage.
I entered the location thru the link provided thru text messege sent by Co-parts, waited for 2 hours, no go. I called them again they said they have to confirm with Haven again.
Again I waited for 2 hours and the tow truck is still nowhere to be found. I called them again and they said they rejectes this order twice to Haven.
So bascially I had been waiting for 4 hours for nothing by now, under a 3 degree celcius weather at the side of M61 junction, I was freezing.
So this time I called Haven to tell them what had happened and they said they cannot get in touch with the one who promised me to get the tow truck, and they would call another company to pick up my totaled car.
One hour later, Nationwide sent a tow truck and the driver asked me to put the car in Neutral so that he could pick it up. But my battery was dead, can't even start the engine. And he suggested that he could get anpther battery at nearby garage then try tonreplace it and start the car.
One hour later he came back with the battwry and asled for my car key which I have already given him once he arrived. He said he lost it.
Out of the blue another nationwide truck passed by and asked if we would need amy help, the guy said he can actually pull my car up to the truck using only the winch power, doesn't even meed to be in Neutral.
Bam! guess what, after 8 hours of waiting they finally picked my car up and gone.
The communication breakdown is tremendous. They could have told me what happened and update me nut no they didn't and I have waited 8 hours for nothing, in a 3 degree celcius weather.
The next day I caught a cold of course and had a fever.
And a week later I called them for the updates of my case and they seems like the first time I report a claim, even though I gave them my reference number and details everything.
To my surprise, at this call they said they cpuld start the climg process now which mean for the whole week they didn'teven try to start the process nor to update me.
To pay almost £2000 a year for insurance and when I needed their service, nothing is to be provided. I made all the calls and all comfirmation myself.
What a joke, please tell others not to use this company again.
RUBBISH COMPANY.
Updates: They use company account to reply my last review saying they would handle my complaint in email but never get any reply or whatsoever.

Terrible experience with Heaven…
Terrible experience with Heaven Insurance. The claims process is slow, frustrating, and completely lacking communication. Despite repeated follow-ups, they ignore requests, delay responses, and show no urgency in resolving claims. Their handling of my case has been unprofessional and negligent, making it feel like they are intentionally avoiding payouts. Would not recommend – avoid at all costs!

SCAM INSURANCE COMPANY
PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company very arrogant and unprofessional. My daughter got hit by a lorry which was driving unsafely on the road of which we had CCTV of the accident and still this pathetic insurance company say she was at fault. We had an independent company study the video to see if we were correct and was told by them that the lorry was driving recklessly and still they insist she was wrong. Now they don't even want to honour any claim as she is serving an Apprenticeship which is classed by the UK government as full time education, this hideous insurance company class it as full time employed. Absolute joke of a company keen to take your money but not pay out once something goes wrong.

Struggled to even give this company a 1 star ! Honestly don't chose this company please 🙏 I am a claimant where there client hit me ! They have not paid the company who repaired my veichle ! They have not paid enterprise who provided my courtesy car ! I'm receiving e mails from the garage and enterprise! And they have also offered me a pathetic amount of compensation for my injuries sustained! And are putting the phone down on me when I'm calling them ! I'm asking for senior management email address and they tell me there not prepared to give coĺeauges person Email address out ! HELLO KNOCK KNOCK IM ASKING FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY EMAIL ADDRESS NOT PERSONAL ! These are the worst of the worst DONT GO NEAR THESE !!!

awful - not trustworthy
awful - they made an administrative mistake and now are refusing to pay for my stolen bike.

After my bad experience with Policy Expert, I moved to Haven Claims the difference is very obvious, I been treated very well, they were so professional, excellent customer service and my issue were solved very quickly. I felt very supported by my new insurance company. I highly recommend them

I was involved in accident before 4 days and no one call me yet I was trying to get temporary car from them but still they didn't provide a car for me its very bad experience wasting time and money using taxi I don't recommend this insurance company to anyone reading this review I was calling them every day they tell me we will send you confirmation with all details and you will get the car when I call the company number I receive in the conformation email they told me we don't have any cars available in Huddersfield then I called them again same stupid question I have to explain the hole story to all staff all day they send me to Dewsbury and guess what I went there paying for taxi and again they told me we don't have cars available so what's the confirmation email for I don't understand how bad this company is every day same issue now its 4 days nothing happen yet still spending money on taxis
