Absolutely hopeless. How they have so many good reviews is baffling to say the least. So a year and a half a go I made a data breach claim against divide buy as they emailed me telling me my details had been stolen. So they admitted this happened, straight cut case right ? Ha ! Yeah so after a year and a half this still isn't even in court !!! They emailed me 7 weeks a go and said they was now taking on more clients foe the case against dived buy 😡 I was Absolutely furious, what the hell took these people so bloody long to claim, now myself and the others that have sat waiting all this time, now have to wait even longer just so they can get more clients i.e more money 😡. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, 3 weeks later I got yet another email telling me their STILL taking on more clients. There isn't a word in the entire English language to express how furious I was to read this !!!! Clear cut case and after all this time still nothing !!! Absolutely useless ! Ever since my data was stolen I have been constantly harassed with fraudulent emails, texts and phone calls ! At one stage I was getting on average 7 calls a day from a random London number, when I blocked it they just called from a slightly different number next time. I've now not heard any more for another month now since the the last email ! Moral of this is if you want a case resolved in a reasonable time go elsewhere !!!

Edit: it's now 28/8/2024 nearly 4 years since I made a data breach claim against dived buy and would you ever believe, it's still not resolved 🤬🤬🤬 useless. I haven't had an update for months now, it's actually ridiculous. Avoid at all cost folks.

Edit 15/9/24 after all this time Hayes have emailed me informing me Divide Buy have went into liquidation 🤬🤬🤬 what a f**king shambles. 4 years down the pan. If Hayes got their finger out and actually done some work I could of got the compensation I and countless others deserved. Utter useless solicitors AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT RESULTS !!!!

Hayes Connor Solicitors helped me after a company I worked for breached my confidentiality and used my information against me unlawfully and unfairly. When I discovered what happened I felt violated and I found it really difficult to trust any company. The case which has been dismissed hasn't even been reviewed by yourselves, I have stated this, it was supposed to of been looked at!!

Your referencing a case agaisnt the police where I was misled to believe that I had a good prospect and that a letter of claim was going to be served and it wasn't, because it was sent to a barrister for review.

The potential case I am referencing is a case that your solicitor dismissed and I have proof he dismissed my potential claim.
