So I did get a gorgeous rug, but it did take longer than expected. I was worried because of the other reviews about not receiving theirs and I went some time without not really knowing when it was arriving/being told it would be X weeks and it wasn’t. I think there could be more transparency about how the status of the rug remains unknown for a long time due to customs etc.
The rug is slightly different dimensions than I was told when I ordered - was told 198x260 and rug is 220x254, but for me this is not an issue at all

So pleased with the beautiful rug we have received. Although there was a delay in delivery, my questions and concerns were always answered promptly. Trust the process! The rug was totally worth the wait.

I have just received a second stunning rug from Haz interiors, the first one I ordered took so long I got a refund,(at this time I searched for reviews and there were none on here) the second one was already in the UK so I received it within days of buying it and then ordered another pretty much straight away, this has taken 9 months to get to me and I wasn't in a hurry to get it but contacted Lina after reading reviews on here to say that I am sure most customers are like me and would just like updates on timescale. I have never thought it was a scam but more a business that could be run a little better that has been hit by brexit! The rugs are amazing and if you time it right with her amazing offers and aren't in a hurry to receive it you will get such a bargain!

Back in 2021 I approached Haz Interiors to create a custom rug, she was really helpful in talking me through the process and worked with the supplier to delivery exactly what I had envisioned. I am writing a review because the rug is now 4 years old and it’s really stood the test of time, the quality and colour (white) still feel/look new. Really happy with the affordability too.

I bought 3 rugs from Haz interiors after being recommended to buy from her by my architect who had bought from her before and said they were amazing.
I also experienced the same delays, however she maintained contact with me throughout and although she did expect the rugs to arrive on different dates, I still gave her the benefit of the doubt and sure enough when the rugs arrived, they were the most amazing quality. I can’t wait to send her some pics.
I found these negative reviews when waiting for the rugs and it made me very nervous. However, when I spoke to her about them she explained she is a small business who was going through some obstacles - it seems that it’s been a super stressful experience but she has persevered and delivered as promised.

People should be kinder. Treat those how you would like to be treated yourself as you never know when it will be you that needs to be shown that kindness in life.

This is the second rug that I’ve purchased from Haz Interiors and would buy again. Yes there were delays and frustrations but I was kept informed all the way. I received my rug this week and it is AMAZING!

There are some very mean reviews on here from people who lack empathy and compassion. I too had my delivery significantly delayed but the situation was fully explained to me. Was it a bit inconvenient ? Yes it was but these things happen. My 2 glorious rugs are now with me and I love them.
People need to be a little less Karen and a whole lot more compassionate.

Exactly the same as others on here. We bought a rug from her in 2021 and it arrived on time.

I bought a rug 1 year ago in September 2023 and the rug has never arrived and still haven’t received a refund. Lots of messages saying refund is coming etc - she’s clearly scamming a lot of people.

I’ve now progressed to take this to small claims court, however seeing how much money she must owe people I can’t imagine this will be successful.

Avoid buying a rug from her at all costs.

Scamming and ignoring customers. This rug was 6 months late after being given a lead time of a matter of weeks, and I have now been scammed out of my refund that was supposedly ‘processed’ 6 weeks ago. Constantly having to chase for updates and being ignored almost every time. Requested proof of refund and completely ignored. To think that I was very much pressured into buying the rug at the start after showing a little interest, receiving constant messages from the seller (even on a Sunday), and now being completely ignored is shocking customer service. I just wish I’d seen these other reviews first. I’ll be reporting her company after this upsetting experience.

Same experience of everyone here. Waiting six months for rug, never showed up and now I am still waiting for a refund, which I am chasing every day.

Complete Scammer, steals your money and blocks your messages

As with the other comments here, I have also not received my rug despite my order being placed six months ago. Requests for a refund have been ignored and comments deleted on Instagram - the business owner's statement below that everyone has been refunded is completely untrue. Avoid this seller at all costs.

I am writing to respond to reviews received above on Haz Interiors. Firstly my apologies for the causing any frustration and upset with your order. I am truly sorry for this and understand it has not been my usual service and deserves an explanation.
Due to custom delays one large batch of 20 orders went missing this has been very unfortunate for my clients and for myself a sole trader nb no connection with incorrect information provided with some reviews in companies house. I have successfully delivered 3000+ rug orders in the last 4 years and although i am saddened to have lost the above orders. I will not allow this to damage my very successful small business. All clients have received refunds in full and proof provided every time. I provided info and proofs to trustpilot too who recommended responding.
Some people here have actually told the truth here and confirmed receipt of these other seem to be communicating part information. I was very worried and sad about the situation and chose to not reply but i feel it only right to move forward by responding and looking at the positives. As understandably we all make mistakes and small business is not easy for anyone in the current climate but it is also clear to see that i have delivered a lot of happy clients and successful orders. it’s easy to target a one person business than corporate which is very sad and the personal direct and inappropriate comments have been quiet distressing.
I do hope that people will see that a handful of orders from the missing batch is what has clearly caused this and take a look at all
my social media tags and client feedback / client photos and shops and magazines who are extremely happy with orders received. Again my apologies for causing any upset with missing batches and i am glad they are all now resolved if there is anything else then please do direct any queries to me and i will be happy to help. Thank you for your time.

13/06 UPDATE: within 120 days you can apply through your bank to refund the payment for goods not arriving. Currently in the process - no guarantees but at least bank is aware.

This "business" is a car crash, advertising daily on Instagram, she claims to source rugs from Morocco and sell at discount. I wish these reviews were available in January when I foolishly gave her my money - if this review helps stop just one person buying, I am happy.
Four months on I have reported the transaction to my bank as a scam trader. Reported to Instagram, this company is dissolved on Companies House 2020.
BUYER BEWARE.

Same experience as all the other reviewers. I never received the rug despite multiple promises and excuses. Constantly had to chase for any update or response. I have requested a refund and again in same position as to rug- lots of promises with no sign of the money. I believe the Instagram account is a scam and the business is showing as dissolved on companies house website.

Almost identical to other reviews. I got my refund in the end. I almost gave up! After a stressful 6 months. I believe the daily whats app messages were the hero. number found on her website messaging system.

I feel obliged to write a review of my customer experience of Hazinteriors2311

As with other reviews here, my experience was truly awful. And the worst customer experience I can say I’ve ever had.

I purchased a rug in December 2023 and was given a two week lead time. This came and went, and so did many other delivery times given. Finally three months later (with me chasing every single time) I requested a full refund. It took nearly five weeks to get my money back. I honestly believe that if I had not fought so hard, and kept messaging this so called business I would not have received my money back. It made me extremely nervous when I asked for the refund and was told your rug is here now, and the rug would be with me quicker than the refund! They almost begged me not to cancel my order. Completely unbelievable.

Several times I was told the refund had been processed, and then ‘I’m not sure why it hasn’t gone through I’ll have to process it manually’ then later it was apparently an accounts lady processing it. Strange considering her excuse the whole time for lateness was that she was only one person and ran everything by herself. I genuinely felt that my refund was not going to ever arrive and if I hadn’t chased and chased it wouldn’t have.

Having now received my refund, after constantly begging this trader for nearly five weeks, I can safely say i would NEVER buy through Instagram again. And have seriously considered contacting some of the publications this trader has featured in as a warning to other buyers. Beware.

UPDATE: further to the company’s protest post on this listing, no refund has been received. No notification has been received. No communication has been received. Rendering her argument baseless. More lies, to nobody’s surprise.

Like other reviewers, this is possibly the most diabolical service I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience.

Bought a rug in September 2023. Zero updates from seller unless I enquired. Plenty of false promises of delivery dates. After the “guaranteed” date of mid March came and went, I’ve been asking for a refund of the ~£500 I paid upfront seven months previous.

Of course no refund has materialised and I’ll have to involve legal soon enough.

Dishonest, non-communicative, chaotic.

My advice is buy your rugs elsewhere. This seller is either a fraud, going bust or both.

Awful experience with this extremely unprofessional business - DO NOT BUY FROM HER. The Instagram page makes it appear legit but, similar to other reviews here, it is a scam business or just extremely poorly run. I was given multiple false promises of a delivery date, having originally been told two weeks. I have now been waiting for four months on a refund and she has even gone so far to send me a false refund invoice. I still have not received back the £500 I paid. Such a stressful and awful experience.
