BUYER BEWARE
Do not buy a rug from Haz Interiors, operating on instagram as hazinteriors2311. I'm not sure if she's running some kind of con or if she's just really awful at running a business. I ordered a rug and gave her my money in November, 2 months and multiple excuses later, no rug. Asked for a refund and again, multiple excuses and weeks later, still no refund.
In the end, I believe the only reason she refunded me was because I was able to figure out what money app she was using (ANNA money) from the screenshot she sent me as a supposed 'proof of refund', I contacted their customer service department when I still had not received payment and they confirmed that the icons in the screenshot she'd sent me would indicate the following: “In this case, it would appear that there weren't enough funds in the account to process the payment properly”. Once I called her out for being a liar, miraculously the money appeared in my account instantly. Genuinely the worst retail experience I've ever had.

Sent me the wrong rug after a 3 month…
Sent me the wrong rug after a 3 month wait and then took 5 weeks to get a refund following the return of the rug that had no resemblance to the one I ordered. This is easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced and would never dream of purchasing anything from this seller again.

Paid for rug at the beginning of Dec 23. Lots and lots and lots of excuses. No rug. No refund. Will also report to trading standards and Instagram. BUYER BEWARE.
