I have slight hearing loss just boarder line. I purchased the best hearing aids on offer to get the best advantage. I am happy with the service provided and care taken by Bloom Hearing Brighton. I am able to hear soft spoken people and other voices are clearer. I am pleased with the results especially the rechargeable batteries.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Bloom Hearing. The audiologist there Gretchen Wooton was very warm & efficient without being officious. The hearing aid she recommended for me has suited my needs very well & added bonus it is rechargeable. I. Would definitely recommend her without hesitation .

Super friendly staff wherever I went and the specialist was very informative and helpful. The ear buds are great too.

Prompt service, excellent audiologist who listened to my requirements and helped me to understand the options available.
Good follow up care, Paula always responded to any query I had.
Love listening to podcasts and audiobooks on my Bluetooth connected hearing aids.

I found that all visits were conducted in a professional manor.
The hearing aids fit well but from them there is a bit of a mattalic sound comes out from time to time.
I would recommend to anyone needing a well trained and professional service for hearing problems.

Both Hearing Choices and their provider Precious Hearing provide excellent service. Hearing Choices do regular follow up calls to check on the performance and satisfaction of their product and offer assistance if there is any problems. This gives me the assurance that I will not be given the run around should I encounter any problem. From my experience up to now, I highly recommend using Hearing Choice.

I was finding it difficult to get information regarding prices and payment plans for the hearing aids I knew I needed. I had already had a test and I had researched the technology available and determined the features and capabilities that I was looking for in my hearing aids but I was very frustrated to find that I could not seem to get answers to my questions without booking in for another consultation. I am working full time and I could not afford to spend hours on the phone....
I was about to put it all on the backburner for the second time when I gave Hearing Choices a call. Best thing I ever did. They talked me through my options, recommended a number of brands and models to match my requirements and lifestyle and then found an audiologist in my town who could offer me the payment terms and the hearing aids I needed. They even booked my appointment!

I received honest helpful advice - the product I purchased met my expectations

They monitor the hearing aids website, and got in touch with us, requesting the completion of a simple questionnaire. A comprehensive Hearing Aid Buyers guide was offered which was very helpful. Follow up correspondence and a telephone conversation gave us a greater understanding of hearing and hearing aids. They made an appointment for a test with an audiologist who was able to advise us that my wife and I had no need for aids at this time.
We had an unfortunate experience with an earlier test elsewhere where a different result was indicated' Result- we are to have follow-up monitoring by the audiologist nominated by Hearing Choices.
I am pleased to recommend Hearing Choices.

I saw two other providers before Hearing Choices told me that I needed stronger aids with custom moulds - finally, someone who knows what they're doing ! I am still trying to sort out compatible headphones for online meetings. This has been quite a journey over several months but Hearing Choices have been very helpful
