Hearing Choices Reviews 

I recently had a hearing test and bought a set of Widex hearing aids after having a week's trial. I have been wearing hearing aids for some time now and this is my fourth pair and I can't believe how good they are. I can hear everyone for the first time for years even in a crowded room. My husband and I have just been away for a few days with three other couples and one of the men is so quietly spoken that I always had to ask my husband what he was saying but not this time. It was so good to be part of the conversation. I am so happy and my husband is over the moon because I can hear him even with his back turned to me. I can't believe how good these aids are even in the car. No more "I beg your pardon" or "what's that". I also like the fact that I don't have to worry about changing batteries and the charger worked just fine in the caravan. I would recommend them to everyone who needs hearing aids.

I was refferred to Precision Hearing by your service. Alex Segal spent a lot of time with me over several visits, until I was fully satisfied. Only then did I have to pay for my hearing aids and I have had no problems since then.

Got my hearing aids and went out and started my car and heard the engine for the first time awesomeness. Got home and heard all the birds in the back yard, I even heard my dad in another room talking to me, best thing I have done getting hearing sides it has changed my life for the better

Very happy with my hearing aids. Surprising to realise just how much you get used to not hearing various sounds.
Aids are easy to use and quickly get accustomed to.

Absolutely 150% happy with the service and hearing aids I have been too so many places and no one could give me the service and hearing aides are the best I have ever had I don't know I have them in only I can hear so much better.. Kirsten Was so incredible very thorough and loved the challenge I gave her with my hearing but she got them perfect and the receptionist kate is lovely I highly recommend this place they even contacted me asking if everything is ok and gave me a mobile number to call anytime wonderful service thanks so much I will be recommending For sure

In the beginning I did not want a hearing aid even though I knew full well that I was missing out on a lot of what was going on around me. Meetings at work were a strain, dining out (when we could) was a struggle and even family conversations over dinner were lost on me.
The friendly team at Bloom in Croydon were very sensitive to my fears and through good informative discussion, over several consultations, put them at rest. They made the whole process easy and seamless.
Their follow up care afterwards has been flawless ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my new aids.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

The aids are fine, but an update to the software in my iphone7plus disabled bluetooth. Rebooting the phone solved that but the app still didn't work. Deleting the app and reinstalling it solved that but each time I selected a custom programme and then pushed the side button on my phone to put it to sleep, that made the aids revert to their original setting. Pushing the home button on the phone before pushing the side button seems to have solved that. So using the app has proven to be problematic. Apart from all that, the aids are better than my previous Phonaks from 4 years ago. I can hear the "s" sound so much better and being able to use custom programmes is a plus.

Unfortunately I can not give a positive review For Hearing Choice
I received appointment times for Brisbane whilst I live in WA even after I tried to rectify it
I felt hassled and bombarded with follow up texts and phone calls to see if I was happy with my new hearing aid as soon as I got them once even before I had gotten back to my car
The girls from Bloom at the Warrick Shopping center in WA are lovely and after trials and adjustments yes I’m happy with my hearing aid
I’m sorry to say that the business side of “hearing choices” was a poor experience

I am very pleased with my hearing aids. My only concern is that when they are in use and I need to adjust them I find it hard to reach the dome for all the wires. Maybe I need larger domes.

Who I found to be very professional and knowledgeable and as I have been wearing hearing aids for over 12 years the information I received in my first appointment I learnt more about my hearing then I had before.
