Love the service,love the hearing aid,should have done it sooner

Very helpful service. Very informative and a good range of products at very reasonable prices.

I have had very bad experiences with a well none hearing aide company that put me off getting new ones for several years. I was still very sceptical about going for another pair. I must say this time round I am blown away with the service the technology and I feel totally at ease with such a costly purchase which is cheaper than my first companies garbage aides. The sales person spent so much time with me explaining, testing, fitting and pointing me the right direction, so good. I have only just had my aides fitted and will see how we go, but I feel as though they will be fine already.

Have just had hearing aids in for a couple of weeks and the results so far have been very good. No noticeable distortion in sound quality and much better hearing in group conversations. Added benefit of bluetooth phone connection direct to ears. Have been fishing in boat with wind and motor noise with no problem conversing with fishing partner. Bonus is that no one has noticed the aids without them being pointed out.

Service excellent. This is my second pair of hearing aids and are a massive improvement on my previous pair. I went with Widex M440. The Pure Sound program is particularly incredible.

Could not be happier with Mums visit. The hearing aid is tiny and Mum says she forgets it’s even there. She can hear and the device doesn’t have any crackling or strange noises. I am so happy I found you. What a great result and affordable to. Thank you so much you have made such a huge difference for her.

Yes badly needed,after losing previous pair some 2 years past finally relented and sought real help. professional friendly,informative without any pressure guided me to my new hearing aids, within my budget. Alls good ,comfortable and follow up and after sale service is great....
