Hearing Choices give me the best service out of 5 different providers very good information and help me choose the best product to suit me and my needs .I jest want to say that Alex Segal was excellent and very professional ,highly recommended .Thank you Alex and Hearing choices.

After being to a so-called hearing aid specialists and being told to get the best results it would cost me about $9,000 for two hearing aids. I rang hearing choices have arranged an appointment with a Joondalup clinic. As it turned out I did not need hearing aids at this particular point in time and an honest interpretation of my needs was given to me why manage my environment better now and I can't thank you guys enough.

i new that my hearing was getting worse, but where do I start.
I started seeing ads for hearing choices on social media, so after a bit, I got in contact with them.
Everything went very well even when I wanted to postpone when we were going to make an appointment.
I have been absolutely thrilled with Hearing Choices, from start to finish.
I was a bit worried about being harassed, but that was not something I needed to think about.
If you give somebody a 10/10, but that is what I am going to give them. you are looking to take a fall, but I am so confident you will find Hearing Choices your hearing choice, you can turn a deaf ear to everyone else.

Very thorough in testing hearing and allocating the required hearing aids.
Have had Oticon hearing aids for 13 years and am extremely happy with the Phonak aids provided.

The wife is VERY happy that I am not BLASTING her with HIGH levels of volume when we watch TV together ....... :o) .... plus - I've now noticed all the things my family say at the dinner table ( things I had been "missing" - before ) ....... I've now changed my will three times !!!

I really love my new hearing aids, they are so comfortable and make hearing in loud siturations easy and I am also able to hear a lot more one on one conversions without having to question what the other person said.

Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly . TrueType knew exactly what I needed and the appointments were hassle free

I found Jeffrey very honest and intelligent (tho I did ask intelligent questions) He answered always with sufficient detail and scientific basis. He was never in a rush or pushy.

I still have another appointment, in two weeks for a adjustment, but the way the aids are working, it will be a easy adjustment.
I am very happy with the way my Hearing Aids fit my ears, the way they are almost invisible, and especially the way they have improved my hearing.
I was also impressed with the two young ladies who helped me with the technical side of the hearing tests.
They were both kind and considerate
I thank them both very much.

I purchased my hearing aid from the "You Hear" Hearing Choices Seacombe Gardens Clinic.
I found the audiologist very friendly and helpful , explaining the various options available to suit my level of hearing and my specific wishes regarding the type of hearing aid I had researched. I had a Phonak aid , purchased from Costco some 5 years ago.The restricted choice of Phonak models Costco carries,was the reason for me to look for an alternative provider. I am glad I did and will be happy to recommend "You Hear".
