I've been using HelloTV for a long time and have never been disappointed. Their customer service team is fantastic, and I love that I can text them whenever I need something. It's so convenient!

I received a call from Liya explaining all the benefits of Hellowtv. I was totally convinced with her follow up and support. What impressed me are her communication skills, her patience, and the way she handled my questions without trying to push me to buy

My experience with Hello TV has been extremely disappointing. Their sales team shows a complete lack of coordination and professionalism. I had a bad experience with them earlier as well, when they tried to sell features that they later admitted were not even available. On top of that, I faced refund challenges that took unnecessary effort and follow-ups to resolve.

I had hoped things might have improved since then, but unfortunately, nothing has changed.

Despite repeatedly requesting that they stop contacting me, I still received eight unsolicited sales calls in just a few days. This level of negligence is unacceptable and shows how poorly the company handles customer communication.

The constant unwanted calls, false commitments, and lack of accountability reflect a serious breakdown in their internal processes. If this is how they treat someone who isn’t even their customer, I can only imagine the frustration existing customers might face.

Based on my repeated negative experiences, I do not recommend Hello TV.

Worst company in the planet. Even with existing and ex customer. Even after stopping their service they will stalk from every possible internet calls they could. I got 15 calls in a day from same NJ area code: 609.

One of the worst experiences with this company. The service is not working for past 3 months. Despite several attempts to call and get support, there has been absolutely no progress. It is indeed fraudulent.

I should give zero stars but as there no option to give zero I am giving 1star . The service is a worst in world and they come back on us until we take service from them and then they will start coming back on us to give referrals and say if you give referrals will get these many months of free services and when the time to get free service they start escaping saying that the person who talked to you is on leave so we can’t help you. Also the tv service is also not good most of the service doesn’t work we have to call them and get reset. After paying money it’s very to connect with them when have any issues it’s really bad service . They cheating and doing fraud with customers.i wish if there is option to attach screenshot I could do that to show more proof how they are cheating people and how they making money from customers

This is fraud company. DON'T TRUST. Sales people do all false promises, they don't give anything in writing. I was supposed to get 15 months subscription as per their promise. They started calling for renewal after 9 months. When I didn't renew they closed the subscription.
Please DON'T TRUST this company.

Please be aware of this fraudulent company. I highly recommend not wasting time with them. I purchased a 2-year service but started a little late since I already had contracts with Hotstar and Sling. Despite providing them with all the necessary proofs and informing them of my starting date, they did not respect it and abruptly disconnected my subscription. It seems they are running a small shop with no IT system. A group of individuals, predominantly girls, communicates and bugs through WhatsApp to renew the service and ask for referrals.

I provided them with several referrals, and they did not uphold their promise to give me one month of free service for each referral. It was even my mistake to give these fraudulent individuals referrals and annoy my friends as well. I won't even give them a rating of 1 since Google requires a minimum rating. PLEASE BEWARE. I made a mistake, and there are many other companies offering the same service. Exercise caution with them, as they operate under different names such as HellowTV or Kanak Consulting.

They chased me for two years to take up the service and after taking the service, their work from home ladies keep on calling you for references and then when you mention any issues they don't even come back to you and after a week they ll come back begging for references.
I said I already have Netflix,Amazon Prime and I don't have time to watch, they kept on calling and finally I took the service they said it is for 16 months, they didn't even say anything and just discontinued after 12 months they cancelled the service and when I asked this.
They asked me proof of the deal and when I showed the proof they are not honoring the deal and they said the person who has given this deal to you is not working with us.
