Incorrect information with wrong family name!
After finding this website I did try it out and asked to some information about my family history. Well. How can a German explain an Italian that my family name is written with an ß. I tried it in 3 different ways. Results are not as I wished for. How can a heraldry institute sent out a document for a different name? I asked 2 times to correct it. No response from Heraldry Institute of Rome!

Dear Customer, we are baffled by your review, the header of Heraldic document is Meßner, the header of the coat of arms is Meßner, the only double "ss" is mentioned in the text "Meßner or Messner" because int he non german archives and even in the Siebmaker site ( try yourself : https://data.cerl.org/siebmacher/_search?query=Me%C3%9Fner&from=0&size=10&mode=default&sort=default ) this family is written "Meßner or Messner", we answered to all your emails and you never asked us to modify the document, In you want a modification please write us an understandable and compliant request and we will do it.
