Visited the branch at Nuthall. Bit of a round up of multiple visits to this site.
The staff were so lovely. The service was consistently good. We were treated very well and made to feel special.
Food was always well presented hot and delicious. My only gripe is that I don't have one near where I live. 😥

Hickory Worcester booked a table for three service was average food was lukewarm or cold. Went to pay the bill I was asked if you can’t pay the bill you can volunteer to wash up. I take it she thought I could not pay the bill as I was dressed in a boots, jeans, and vest and I have tattoos well just to let them know I earned more in a day what they would earn in entire year so do not make a decision on the way somebody dresses or looks
The bill was £133. It’s not a big deal to me. But the lack of manners and service and quality of food is don’t think I’ll be bothering again. Only went here cause it was recommended. I take it the recommendation was a while back so the quality of service and food has gone gradually down. Oh well you live and learn 

Hickory's Lincoln - very disappointing. We booked for a wedding anniversary clebration, asking for a really good table, which they acknowledged. When we arrived we were just given a regular table for two, almost elbow to elbow with the neighbouring diners. I asked about a better table and was told they would check - but then they didn't even come back to me.
That was a bad start but it got worse. The shrimp cocktail sauce was without any flavour. The salads which we had, both as a main and as a side dish, were basically all lettuce with just a few additions. I don't like the idea of paying Hickory's prices for plates of lettuce. The service was poor - the "napkins" are rolls of kitchen towel on the table. Ours had run out and we had to ask three times to get it replaced. My wife ordered a chicken and watermelon salad without Feta. She got the salad (mainly lettuce) with feta but no water melon.
The rib that I ordered was tasty but quite small.
Overall our first (and probably last) experience of Hickory's was a big disappointment.

We visited Hickorys - Swindon. The food was amazing. The service was above and beyond.

Perfectly cooked meat, flavourful and fell off the bone as it should! The cajun onion rings, frickles and the Jacobs ladder are just a few of the things we tried and loved today.

Booths are a little on the smaller side - if your a larger person not the best seat to go for. However staff were quick to reseat us at a table that suited us better.

Service with a smile, everyone was polite friendly and very attentive.

Definitely one of the best places to eat out. Will be returning for sure!

Just been the hickorys in chester by the River Dee..my wife just had some good news from the hospital so we went to hickorys to celebrate..had an very nice meal and as we were leaving an incredible nice gesture was made by two members of staff..brought us to tears! We Will never forget such a kind gesture..thank you!

Birthday celebrations family of 8,full restaurant so very busy ,service was very good by all the servers we had drinks,starters ,mains & desserts plus the birthday firework/cake,everyone had a smile with every service & they worked very hard,well done,food was delicious,will be back😀

Had not prebooked.. we were greeted with a smile and was seated within 15 minutes to a very busy restaurant the service and food was amazing... atmosphere of a proper cowboy experience with live music... seated where we could watch the chefs as they cooked... Noah one of the chefs was friendly and had some real good skills when cooking.... ALL of the staff were so good !!! The cocktails were spot on... and OMW try the brisket ... moist melt in the mouth .. we had the mixed platter because it ALL looked so good we could not decide ... so much food they gave us a bag to take home the extras... amazing customer service can highly recommend to try this once ... we certainly rate it very high and will be back.... thank you it's been a long time since we have found a restaurant that has ticked ALL the boxes well done ✔️

Really surprised at the quality of the food, attentive service and selection. The brisket and slow cooked meats are delicious, sides are plentiful and overall I recommend this for a high quality bbq experience. Not the chain pub I thought it would be. 5/5 and highly recommend.

Burton Green Smokehouse. Food was well cooked & plentiful, the waitress was polite & efficient.
HOWEVER - when the bill came I saw to my surprise, they had added a tip of £8.57 which was then included in the final amount.It did say that this could be removed but the assumption was that it would be paid. Most British people get very “British” about the issue of tips and making a fuss- this is obviously a characteristic that Hickory Smokehouse are cashing in on- literally!!! I think its an American thing to have a “statutory” tipping policy as staff live off their tips in the US - but not here:- they are salaried. So, UK customers be careful.
Otherwise the meal was satisfactory and well presented.

The food was fantastic, we all enjoyed everything, the atmosphere, the food and service, even when the staff embarrassingly (for me) came and sung me happy birthday.
We will definitely visit again, thank you

Hickory’s Southport is one of my favourite places to eat.
And yet again the food and service was spot on. Couldn’t have asked for anything more to make it better to be honest.
Our waitress, Shanel was lovely and looked after us brilliantly.

Thank you Hickory’s for another lovely evening with my kids and keeping the standards so high.

Southport restaurant is brilliant.

Outdoor seating is great & plenty of indoor seating …. Haven’t ever had a bad meal & always find the staff to be pleasant.

Hickorys Leeds - absolutely brilliant. Always nice atmosphere, friendly staff and great service. Food delicious and serve with good time. We will come back again!

Website and advertising board outside states "Barbecue heaven 8 days a week until 11pm"

I attempted to go and use them on the 8th day as per thier marketing and signage but they were closed on that 8th day.
I wrote them an email using thier contact form on thier website enquiring when this 8th day opening was so I could attend but even after 8 days I did not get a reply - how rude!

I then reported them to York Trading standards for formal action for misrepresentation of advertising/website claims of being open 8 days a week.
See what occurs with that one.

Maybe I do not live in the same required parallel universe to them to take advantage of this extra days opening?

The birthday cake was a nice touch, but the kids were disappointed that it was without a sparkler, especially seeing a cake with a sparkler being delivered to another table minutes later.
It seems that the waiter for some reason did not think we wanted any fuss, but didn't ask! His actions spoilt the experience somewhat.
Please ask your staff not to make assumptions and not to discriminate!

Amazing experience!! Hickorys Earlswood is a must visit venue.
The staff go above and beyond to make your meals an experience rather than an average meal. Lisa, Molly and Amy are attentive hosts and I want to say a huge thankyou to them! They made everyone feel special! A shoutout to Harrison the chef who cooked an amazing breakfast! You need to make sure you go and try their amazing breakfasts! They are amazing with children too! Thankyou so much, we look forward to our next visit.

lincoln staff rude no introduction no “ how are you”, £150 spent for me and my parents and no check back, got the drinks order wrong, chasing 10 mins to try and pay the bill, portions for the price what a joke! didn’t ask us through any of the meal if you’d like more drinks
won’t be going back again.. also contacted the official email and no reply shocking customer service

Went to Worcester hickory’s last night a party of 9, on arrival table not ready , so told to take a seat in bar, the tables were filthy & sticky , mess all over the floor? No wines by bottle the chap said so had wine on tap! When we were offered our table the floor underneath the table was full of chips, the kids cinema was full of popcorn on chairs & floor, every1 eat before me as they bought out a steak when I ordered a hot dog, so by the time mine came out every 1 had finished ? For what you get on the plate it’s no way worth the money ! Wont be returning 1st & last time sorry x

Just returned from Hickory’s Earlswood having read so much about the place, staff are great ,waitress was funny and engaging, music was country type stuff which I like, also a nice pleasant place, only down side was the average portion sizes for what you pay, I basically had steak and eggs, steak was tiny, 2 eggs and a grilled tomato plus a few potato type bites, this was £17 cudnt believe it, at Castle nurseries we get twice has much for £8-95, but once bitten twice shy.

On arrival, I accept we were within the 15 minutes allowed but due to 20 or so people we were over our allocated time. Dianna on front of house at Wallheath was so rude even calling me mate. We booked under Cameron for 4:30. My order arrived late and the team were super, even deducting it without me asking 5*
