Im basing this off the app i lost all my turtle stamps I was due to have £15 off my next visit and all my stamps disappeared i did send a email but no reply rubbish app.

The start of a sitting in Turtle bay always seems to be the same. Excuses as to why drinks are slow - "We are really busy". Response - I am paying! What you want two different drinks. That will take longer!

Turtle bay should also stop using the mantra of we have listened. Removing 30 minutes from the bottomless brunch. Then bringing it back & inflating the cost by circa £8.

We attended the venue in Blackpool last weekend. The drinks were mediocre at best, with short measures at times & a poor standard on some. The choice is getting smaller & smaller, with the ingredients matching.

Sad to say that after attending Turtle bay in numerous locations . It is losing the edge! There is a trade off with a profit margin which we all get!

On a positive, the food we had was excellent, so a big up to the chefs. Thank you

Went with 4 friends today. Food was fine and a nice atmosphere. The waitress was a pleasant girl but she forgot nearly everything we asked her. I arrived last and the others had their drinks. I ordered mine nd she forgot to bring it, I had to go to the bar and ask for it. We all,ordered sweet potato chips. She didn’t bring mine. I went and told her, she said you didn’t order chips. I told her I did, I was the first to order and I definitely ordered them. She went to order them again, and then said oh you did order them, sorry. To be fair she didn’t charge me. One of my friends wanted to take away a doggy bag and asked for a container. She forgot so had to remind her. It was a bit of a joke at the end. Part from that an ok visit.

Im typing this message in order to, complain that since this visit ive been denied. Redemption of my, one free hot drink per a day at. Turtlebay voucher, due to being unduly suspected of. Fraudulently redeeming the, birthday discount voucher twice.

When I never did, as I have already explained. Repeatedly to the staff at the, restaurant and that I didn't once create a. Brand new account merely to, redeem this years birthday offer twice. But that what in fact happened was that the, app simply offered me it again.

And the offer never stipulated anywhere that it can only be used, once a year. Once for one's birthday, in my defence. Plus I was also told, then that the.

Investigation into whether I am, lying about this matter or. Not would be finished by this, Wednesday just past and gone. But alas found out when I went into the, restaurant that it hasn't in fact been.

Concluded and is still ongoing and obviously it ought to go without, stating that I find this. Treatment of myself a, honest and innocent man. Completely misleading, unacceptable and so disgusting. Rest assured that I have, copied my complaint letter here.

And will be posting and spreading this utterly damning, negative review about. Turtle Bay treating myself as a, criminal and more than that. Even an undesirable, second class citizen via this.

Discrimination and therefore most accordingly, total shame on the business. It is absolutely despicable!

I would like to start with Turtle Bay in Ealing the Service was amazing, the staff were so polite and efficient however, I was extremely disappointed and concerned by my experience. Before ordering, I clearly informed the waitress about my food allergies and trusted that this information would be communicated to the kitchen. Despite this, I was served a course containing an allergen, which caused me to suffer a severe allergic reaction.

The reaction was serious enough that I had to be taken to hospital for treatment. This was a frightening and entirely avoidable experience.

Food allergies are a serious health issue, and customers should be able to trust that allergy information will be handled with the utmost care. I hope the restaurant thoroughly reviews its allergy procedures, including communication between front-of-house staff and the kitchen, so that no one else has to go through what I experienced.

Awful service food as bad not tasty.very bland chicken overcooked nicest thing was spiced fries at least they were seasoned
Not enough cutlery had to keep asking the waitress not enough staff to serve people so it in all if you like overcooked undersealed bland food and poor service then go if you don't give the place a bodyswerve

I booked the 2 hour bottomless for my husbands birthday in Birmingham bright street! Absolutely brilliant the waitress Natasha looked after us top class! She was so friendly and happy and also happy to chat to us about jamaica and places to visit, explained different foods, She made sure we were always stocked with drinks! The food was lovely, jerk chicken so good, we couldn't of asked for a better way to celebrate!! All the staff were friendly and welcoming, the drinks were strong and tasty! Excellent suggestions fpr drinks and made sure his birthday was perfect for him!!!!

Loved the food and drinks! Server Kelis was so attentive and patient.

Great experience, server Dylan was fab! Food came out hot and was delicious, and drinks were balanced and great.

The waiting time was horrible, it took ages for one drink. Very unhappy. There is a time limit on bottomless brunch which should be known as and we waited longer for a drink and used our time up with waiting. Really unhappy

The food is really good!!! The drinks are really good!! We were served by Gracie who did an amazing job, she was so helpful! Very quick with serving and very professional. Would definitely recommend :))

There is absolutely no way Turtle Bay can continue as a chain with the kind of experience I had at the MK restaurant.
Ignored on entry and then once we sat down, I had to get up and approach the staff - one of whom presented as if someone on day release- to ask them for a menu.
The food was microwaved and poorly presented. My sons steak over cooked to leather consistency. We begged to pay for about 45 mins but the waitress was more interested in fulfilling happy hour orders resulting in us running out of parking payment time.
The place was mostly empty and the food was so poor. We removed our service charge from the bill on request, which is something I’ve never done before- this chain shows all the signs of near collaps under pressure and the quality of the experience was enough for me to encourage you to spend your hard earned money somewhere worthy, where the staff care and the food is prepared with attention

We visited the Milton Keynes branch, for the 1st time, to our surprise it was a beautiful atmosphere, food was amazing as promised and the staff were friendly and fitted with the vibe of the restaurant! A special shout out to a young man called Elliott ! Nothing was to much for him and a cracking sense of humour a really credit ! Will definitely be back ! Thanks guys

I usually love turtle Bay. I always go for the goat curry. Not sure what they've done to it but yesterday my order was watery, tasteless apart from a little chilli kick, the meat was scarce and the little I had was fatty, also felt quite greecy. Usually comes with rice as standard & I tend to ordered chips to share. The option has changed, you now order the curry as a meal on its own or the curry & a side which is now £17.50. I thought you'd get your curry & rice as standard then a side. Sides are chips, coleslaw, dumplings, rice, spinach. If you choose the meal on its own... you get a bowl of curry sauce (brown water) & meat. We ordered the spinach thinking might be nice to add to the curry & rice... nope.. no rice. Please go back to the original goat curry and rice.. it didnt need changing. It was flavoursome and the meat was so tender.
