Hicreatt Reviews

I ordered an item - adjustable dumbbell and received a dumbbell for 0.5kilo after 2 months talking with customer service I gave up - these are scammers

Paid for Pickleball court gull set, They have sent a small plastic blue bat and a yellow ball!

No court/ set etc! Ridiculous!!!

I purchased what was supposed to be a substantial aluminium cargo rack for a 4x4 and was sent a cheap luggage net that you can buy on Temu for £1.
Thankful my bank was able to do a chargeback and recover my money, however I’d avoid Hicreatt at all costs as it’s clearly a scam company.

Absolutely useless

The item advertised was not sent

They charged me £30 for a plastic wheel and a small cable that was advertised as a motor to convert a pedal bike into an electric bike.

Certainly didn’t look like the item advertised

They should be banned from trading. They certainly would in the UK.

Also another dreadful advert populated via Facebook who should be monitoring such companies and not just taking their revenue

Total sham

AVOID

bought the mechanical horse supposedly assembled and received a piece of plywood and some screws.......they now will not communicate in any way.......avoid them like the plague

They are scumbags!! I’ve ordered an almost $60 dollars game that shows so nice on their advertising, and they sent a very cheap game that I wouldn’t pay not even $5 for it. When I contact them to replace the product or return the money, they answer back with one email, and then never answered back. Do not buy products from this company, it’s a big scam, I don’t know how they don’t go to prison for fraud.

Total scam! Avoid at all cost! My husband bought me a galloping horse off Facebook, I warned him afterwards that it wasn’t safe, but was too late then. He even paid extra to have the mechanical horse assembled. Total S**ts. They’ve changed their name on Facebook but are now trading under a new name.
Item arrived today, 2 pieces of 6” thin ply wood with a horse on, a bag of screws and a sheet of Chinese instructions! Nothing like the 12” galloping metal one stated in the order. Should be banned.

WARNING! 100% SCAM STORES! Do not buy anything!

Please be aware that shapret.com and its identical mirror website hicreatt.com are absolute scam operations.

They lure people in with high-quality photos of Montessori kids' furniture and educational toys at suspiciously low prices. They use fake discount timers and legal names borrowed from unrelated registered entities (like HONG KONG SHARPMIND RETAIL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED) just to look legit.

Once they take your money, they disappear. Customer support will never reply to your emails, and you will never receive your order. Even worse, they now have your credit card details. If you've already bought something here, contact your bank immediately to freeze your card and file a chargeback dispute. Stay away from these fraudsters!

I ordered a set of 25 kg adjustable dumbbells for $77 and they sent me 1 small dumbbell at the weight of 0.5 .
After reading the reviews they have stolen money from alot of people . Do not purchase anything from these scammers

ESTAFA / SCAM
Compré unas pesas ajustables valoradas en 45€ y he recibido una pesa enana de 0.5kg

This is a scam site. Advertise "Premium Carbon Fiber Backgammon Set, Luxury Dual-Game Board 64×29cm, Glass & Resin Playing Field with Metal Pieces, Collector Edition Table Game"
After order and payment they send another payment request without confirming the completed one.

It's a scam, don't buy from them.

Terrible shop - should be banned from all platforms. Ordered dumbbell sets and they sent one mini dumbbell. No reaction from helpline. Con merchants do not use

Scam. Orderd a printing gadget and receives a 1 dollar colored stamp pad.

Purchased two rechargeable automatic hay feeding bags. Received a cheap bag that was not automatic or rechargeable. Emailed and was told to send pictures of the product and shipping slip. Sent. It has been a month and they keep sending replies “thank you for your patience and we are investigating”. Do not purchase anything from this company. you will not receive what they advertised.

I ordered a product values at AUD45.00. They sent me a product available on Alibaba for AUD4.00. They confirmed by email the mistake was theirs, then for the next 4 weeks they kept sending me bulls67t emails asking me to be patient, that it was under investigation etc. I ended up disputing the transaction with my bank. Annoying, condescending, lying scumbags.

Don't buy anything from this company, it's a scam.
You won't receive what you ordered, after 5 months of emailing them, every time they say they're looking for a solution.

This company is a fraud do not order anything from them. (1) That do not respond to any correspondence. (2) They send inferior products.

Avoid this company at all costs. Advertises 1 product and posts you something completely different and inferior to what I ordered. I have been emailing them for 3 months in regards to a refund. They keep claiming they are “investigating” and stonewalling me. Asked me for an order number which was not on their invoice. Also asked me for photos of the product and also the packaging and then claims my photos did not work on their end. They were taken with an iPhone.
Update. So after 4 months of back and forth and their “investigations” into my order. They started talking about compensation and a refund. Well I got what they called “compensation”.
$1. That is it. One single dollar. When I questioned this, they responded with “we are still investigating. So I’m not holding my breath.
