I was told install team would arrive between 10-1700. they arrived just before 8.30pm and rushed the install and were done within 1hr when I was told by the store install takes between 3-4hrs. the stairs looks really poor and its obvious every stair has been individually cut and pressed down. wish I went to another company.

First class service received from Himalaya Carpets from ordering to installation. Very helpful staff, great communication and the fitter was polite, professional and very tidy. Would highly recommend this company for laminate flooring.

I was looking for a good quality carpets at reasonable price and was looking far and wide to find them at my budget. I visited Himalaya carpets in their Southall branch where I was warmly received by well mannered and informative staff. I had taken several quotes for a carpet fitting at home , I'm glad I went with Himalaya carpets the staff were amazing from the sales representative to the fitters who were professional and dedicated throughout , kept me informed whilst fitting the job to the completion . I'm glad I chose Himalaya carpets for the job .

Every one from sales person to manager were kind and helpful, not only that two gentlemen who came to fit the carpet were good and helpful to fit the carpet in no time. Only price was slightly higher the other provider.
I would recommend HIMALAYA CARPET TO ANY ONE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE.

Went to their shop a few months back and found nothing of interest. Then on passing I again visited the shop to find loads of carpets that would suit my bedroom. Had tried Carpet rite and Tapi but found a much better deal here. ordered and within 10 days got the carpet fitted by a team of 3 fitters to my satisfaction. Of course I will use them again to do my stairs and landing. Only negative is they say free underlay. But the free underlay is not worth the offer.

Himalaya Carpets is great company. They have a dedicated team that is willing to assist you with fitting your carpets, from start to finish. I feel like I'm walking on silk with my new carpet. I will let them carpet my from room soon a possible. My overall opinion, I would strongly recommend this company anytime someone need this type of service.

The lady who qouated & sold us the carpets & flooring initially was professional & fair. She kept in touch in terms of the fitters coming & she even got the second set of fitters to come on the weekend which was more convenient for me. The fitters themselves were efficient & friendly
