I recently bought a car from Hitchfields, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. After collecting the car, I noticed a scratch on the bodywork, and Neil went above and beyond to get it sorted at short notice. Bad experience negociating with Matt,
who knocked down the value of my car on inspection considerably.

Yes, I was expecting and willing to sacrifice a little fair drop due to minor cosmetic imperfections that I hadn’t originally declared, I’ll take that.
But I knew it’s value EVEN WITH these minor imperfections, and it took several phone calls and discussion for him to improve his shocking first revised offer, a full £1550 under the valuation price.
Reaching 16500 with a lot of effort, I felt pressured to accept due to a few factors, one of them being the driver awaiting negociation outcome, and his 4 hour long drive back to the dealer.

Not happy with my experience I left a bad review, and Matt then decided it was a good idea to threaten me with “unwinding” the deal and reversing their ownership process with DVLA -which is just impossible and a tactic to scare- if I kept the review online.

They obviously seemed very happy and proud to advertise the car for sale for 19500 two days later, looking showroom condition and already sold to a lucky new owner.

The Guys were absolutely great. Very professional and did everything they could including staying stay beyond closing time.

Our service was amazing from start to finish. Neil was very open and honest about the car we were interested in, the car came into our hands in absolutely perfect condition, alloys refurbed and fuel topped up too! The car needed a little bit of working doing prior to handover and this was sorted within a couple of days. Communication excellent. Neil was amazing, really recommend this garage!

Having recently bought a car from Hitchfields I found the overall experience to be very good. Neil in particular was very helpful, honest and communicative throughout the process.

I recently purchased a Range Rover Velar from Hitchfield’s and overall had a positive experience. Neil was helpful throughout the process, making sure everything went smoothly.

A small issue with a dent/mark was noticed in the days before pick-up, but Neil and other staff at Hitchfield’s were quick to address it and ensured it was resolved before I collected the car. I appreciated the communication and the effort put into making sure the car was in great condition by the time it was ready. The video of the car was also really helpful for the fact we live quite a distance away.

Overall, I’m happy with the service I received and would recommend Neil and Hitchfields to others.
