REALLY fast delivery and they keep you updated the whole time. If an item isn't in stock, they try to get it in as quick as possible to deliver too so it's really reliable! Only issue is that the pack... Toon meer

Buying an album from HMV
Staff were very helpful in arranging my order, and subsequently updating me on its progress whenever I stopped by the store. When I finally got the album today the assistant was very efficient and friendly.

The shop in Basildon Essex is where I was helped be a lovely member of staff, she helped me order a present, and also helped me look in store for another item, I felt I was taking a lot of her time, however she said it's fine, she was happy to help. I enjoyed the face to face experience.
