I received an email confirming my Dvd had been dispatched and the next day I received another email informing me my order was ready for collection. The guy who served me was pleasant and placed my order in my hand in seconds. It was a simple process and a whole lot better than ordering from Amazon which is killing the high street.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and usually knowledgable about the products sold in each department. The queues are never too long and it is easy to collect orders at the main desk.

My item I ordered was ready to collect at hmv on time l, which I really appreciate.

I bought 2 t-shirts ( for presents) , which were selling at a reduced price , on 8/12/25 at 11.49hrs
The member of staff serving at the till was efficient, polite and cheerful.
The store has a relatively large amount of stock.

Ordered a dvd for someone's Xmas pressies,easy to order ,choices how to receive your purchase,I selected it to be posted,told the release date was 15, December,but then got a text to say it would be delivered today,and here it is,all so easy

The DVD I wanted was out of stock at the branch. I placed the order and received confirmation and a receipt by email. A further email informed me when the item had arrived within the promised timescale and I collected it.

Excellent service product not in store but the staff ordered what I required kept me upto date messsged when product when in store so I could pop in to collect

I am still waiting for the first album which was dispatched on the 28th November. I have the album which was dispatched on the 29th November. I understand it is a very busy time of year. Almost as soon as I’d sent off the review, an e mail came to pick up my album. Maybe I was a bit hasty. Sorry.

HMV is my number 1 shop to go to for anything music movies and other things as I know I’ll get the best quality and friendly service from the Newcastle Eldon square shop I enjoy going in every time I go to town and always go in for special additions I don’t think the shop could do any better to be honest they staff are friendly they know there stuff very helpful if your stuck or need help they will look it up for you and help you couldn’t ask for any better really

Both members of staff l came into contact with - when l ordered the item and when l collected it were very efficient and helpful.

My order still hasn’t been delivered to my pick up point which is the hmv shop, I ordered it 9 days ago now, I got an email to say I would be notified when it arrives, I have had to chase this up several times with no resolution

Really helpful experience. I needed this CD to complete my collection of Rush studio albums. It wasn’t in store but HMV very quickly solved the problem .
