I phoned Hobgoblin prior to purchasing the harp strings and got through straight away to a very helpful and courteous person. Although I only had to replace one broken string, I bought a complete set and the replacement string fitted perfectly. The strings arrived promptly and are really good value for money.

I had some questions about the accordion and it's case which were answered quickly. I was also provided with additional photos and information regarding the accordion before I bought it. It was ordered online from the London shop on a Monday and it arrived in Norway the same week on the Friday afternoon. The accordion had been very securely packaged so there was no chance of any damage to the accordion during transport. Before purchase I spoke to two people at the firm and I was very satisfied with the information that they gave me. I am also more than satisfied with the accordion.
