I’m very well traveled and have to say the rixos premium belek has to be one of my favorite hotels.from the food to drinks,from the amazing service to the wonderful entertainment.this hotel could not be faulted and cannot wait for my next visit.a real 5* hotel

This is NOT A COMPARISON SITE They trade under the Travelopedia.Ltd. Which includes Flight office, Viman, Holiday globe, Dream holidays, Groovy holidays, Flash holidays, PLUS Sky blue holidays, Delta holidays, Plan my tour, Cosmic holidays ALL LTD … They will take your money, phone you back 20 mins later and ask for more money. I had a terrible experience with HOLIDAY GLOBE, NEVER BOOK WITH ANY OF THESE COMPANIES

Whilst this is a comparison site they should be very careful who they are hosting as most are the same company under different names . Booked through galaxy holidays , took my money and then within half an hour they wanted another £250 as flights had gone up. Wanted to offer non comparable alternatives in totally different countries . When asked for a refund as they couldn’t supply what I booked got told there would be a £90 cancellation fee then tried to black mail me whe I refused to agree this in writing that I accepted and told me if I didn’t I would get nothing . Total utter scam , do not use . I wish I had read the reviews first but if it looks to good to be true in This case it is . Stay away at all costs

I want to say that the Rep. Irvin has given me a 5 star service

I should have read the reviews before I called, I made the mistake of booking through ye this morning and was also told flights had gone up in the two minutes it took them to book the way out, they were rude and just kept saying I had to pay the extra as they had payed the flights on the way out by the time they were finished I had payed 400 more then what’s been advertised on other sites never again will I use them

Our stay at the CORAL BAY HOTEL was just perfect. We had an amazing stay. Our room was lovely. Cleaning service spot on. Staff incredible. They seriously couldn’t do enough for you. Meals all fresh lovely food. Swimming pool was the best ever.

I haven't even booked with them and it's gone pear-shaped....the site won't allow me to choose a date ...and I tried several ways to do it and to no avail...if the website was down..which its not ..say so..but if they cannot get it right at this level...IM OUT....

The worst online chat service imaginable.

I have used holiday discount centre a number of times for numerous holiday destinations. This time however I booked our family holiday in turkey, at a dreadful hotel called Ekinci Palace. I booked through a travel agent on holiday discount centre called HOLIDAY BUZZ…. Shortly after arriving at our holiday destination hotel we found the hotel owners to be extremely rude and hostile towards us after we complained about the disco music being played extremely loudly (to the point our windows were literally shaking) well past 1am. We were abruptly told to leave or change rooms. Due to the hostile attitude from the owner I called Holiday Buzz to find we had been given NO WORKING NUMBER. My partner spoke to the rep who told us to email holiday buzz and they would help us to move hotels.
And so I emailed…. I waited all day for a reply to which I did not have any and so we had no choice but to change rooms and stay at the hotel until Holiday Buzz got back to me.
The hotel owner moved us to a room with a broken shower and bed for my 6ft 16yr old son. I asked for a bed to be put together for him, but this was NEVER done. I emailed my travel agent again as I did not want to complain to the owner again at the risk of being thrown out with no where to go…!
IT TOOK 5 days to receive a reply from Holiday buzz (promoted by holiday discount centre). And when I received my reply they done nothing except bat emails off between myself and the hotel owner. This made our situation worse as we were receiving nasty looks and being laughed at by the hotel staff and owners daughter. We were not welcome at the hotel AT ALL..
Holiday Buzz did not move us and instead left myself and family at the hotel for the entirety of our holiday.!

I have always recommended Holiday discount centre to friends and family, but now with the way we were left and ignored despite ALL MY EMAILS sent, I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING ANY MORE.!!!
I am appalled and disgusted with this company and the way they handled/did not handle our awful situation. Since coming back home I have still been emailing Holiday Buzz to get an answer for the way we were left to deal with such an unwelcome and awful hotel that treated us extremely poorly, but I have been ignored at every step. None of my emails are being replied to.
I would urge anyone looking at this company to continue looking elsewhere at more trusted and reputable travel companies as HOLIDAY DISCOUNT CENTRE PROMOTE UNTRUSTED THIRD PARTY TRAVEL AGENTS…
We put our trust in these companies that should something go wrong they will be there to help and assist if needed, but this is not the case and unfortunately I found out the hard way.
I would also like to add that I was informed hand luggage was included but got stung at the Airport for hand luggage and had to pay at the boarding gate £48 per hand luggage bag. We had three bags… and this was a one way fee I had to upgrade the way back to include this. My emails to holiday buzz even regarding this were ignored.? You could say our family holiday was doomed from the start.
I am honestly utterly appalled with this company and how they have ignored my every concern and issues raised.

Having booked a holiday with Holiday Discount Centre in Tenerife we originally chose a 4 star hotel in Los Cristianos, while on the phone the advisor asked if we would like to be in a more central location in Costa Adeje, he had a hotel there which was a good hotel and on par with our original hotel but in a better location, to cut to the chase we said yes the new package was a few hundred pounds more expensive and we decided we would go with it, upon paying our holiday we then checked the new hotel out and to our horror it was a less star rated hotel with no air conditioning, my wife is asthmatic and will never cope with a stifling hot room, I went back to Holiday discount centre and advised them I was very unhappy about being sold this and not being told about the Hotel being of a lesser standard with no air conditioning and being charged more for the pleasure of it, I was told I should have told the advisor my wife was asthmatic and it wasn't their fault, that I had accepted the deal and it was non refundable, firstly how can they sell a more expensive deal for a lesser standard hotel and not think to tell the customer that the place doesn't have air conditioning in all good conscience and secondly then blame you for not having mentioned your wife is asthmatic, I feel utterly conned and very poorly treated to be honest, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Phoned about a deal, was told the deal was available, made up. As the guy (Nathan Globe) was processing the payment he said ok that's your flights all booked just waiting for hotel confirmation, all of a sudden the room was no longer available, was going to cost an extra £180 for a room upgrade, as the flights were now already booked I felt like I didn't have a choice, paid the extra £180 then got told that the transfers were not included, these were unable to be booked as we were going the next day, he said it would cost 8 to 10 euros in a taxi as was not far from the airport, when we got to the airport a taxi was 55 euros, each way, already feeling like we had been ripped off with the room this just made me mad, when we got to the hotel the room was just a bog standard double room, although an absolutely lovely hotel, the hotel did not even have upgraded rooms, total disbelief at his bulls**t and lies, definitely will NOT be booking with these again. Be warned and Stay away.

I paid for holiday and was offered an upgrade to a suite and balcony for an extra 150, as I was taking my son I agreed and paid. When the docs came through the room listed was standard and when I rang about it the guy said he was a manager. He put me on hold them came back and said he Listened to that part of the call and more or less called me a liar. I said I want to make a complaint or I want a refund back for the upgrade and he said you have to put it in writing. I have had 2 other holidays with Holiday Discount centre/holiday globe and there were no issues but this time I am disappointed and advise you to avoid them as this is shady business when you can't make a complaint with a manager over the phone in 2023 and you pay for a 150 upgrade that you don't get it.

I booked a hoilday yesterday 10:55 pm for a 4 star in Turkey they told me the price would be £769 for 2 we agreed on prices and I paid 5/10 mintures later after being on hold after my payment got took out they then told me my flights have gone up in price and it would be £49 pp more so I put them on hold me and partner we’re very upset and I was on the urge of crying so then we agreed to pay the extra as we didn’t want to loose the holiday soon as we said yes then they said sorry your hotel doesn’t have the availability anymore they then started showing us 1 /2 star hotels with bad reviews like “food is horrible” “don’t go etc “ “dirty rooms and pools “ we then declined all four of the other hotels they try to put us in . So we have asked for refund we haven’t had any emails or anything expect from bank statement so hoping to get my money back very soon they said 7/10 days maximum for it to go back in . I have never met a company that is so disrespectful /disloyal and to rob poor people to put them into an even worse dark hole . I would avoid this company at all cost! Rang up at 9:41 am this morning to ask if my refund has been processed and to talk about last night antics and they told me there is no customer service on Sunday? I mean why? What if we were trouble in Turkey and we needed customers service about our tickets our flights or hotel or anything? They are all Indian and I think it’s the same 3/4 people but I think they are using different numbers daily so they don’t get caught out in scammer people . I want my refund processed early than 10 days and I will Detele my review

STAY AWAY....
Never booked as the sales person clearly wanted me to book a certain hotel as they were getting a kick back from the group.. when we said we would leave it, as it all was getting to dodgy and couldn't understand them too well. They have then called back to say as they booked the flights we still had to pay for them... its crazy I didn't authorise for flights with no hotel from a company that comes across as dodgy.
Never use any of these cheap holiday agents, I really think they are all just way too dodgy..

First off you cannot understand them on the phone. second there knowledge of the holiday there advertising is poor and and the covid regulations. I asked if you had to be vaccinated and there reply was i dont no and that I should book and pay for the holiday now then go on the government site to find out. I googled it whilst on the phone to them and the manager blaintantly lied.by then all trust had gone and I went with a well known company and booked a similar deal.not worth the risk.

I've read the replies from this company to previous poor reviews, and they say "We are a comparison site only" to many.
But if the final offer from the holiday companies you list, bears no relation to the offers listed by you, then your site is pointless. I have just booked a short break for £966 which you listed at £570. The excuse was that the flights had gone up. This was within minutes of getting the list from you.

Booked a holiday through a scammer supposedly delta holidays advertised through the discount centre got a price payed the money. Was called back to be told there was a &150 administration fee which was normal on top of what I had already payed. I said this was not our original agreement and decided to cancel, then too be told there was a £200 cancellation fee and was very adamant I had to pay it. I immediately hung up and rang the bank to cancel my card and any transactions. NEVER USE bad news company!!!

Phoned HDC , gave the reference number for the AI Holiday to Cuba Varadero from Glasgow in May 2023.The guy I spoke too asked (DO YOU WANT TO BOOK) I said I need all the details (THEN YOU WILL BOOK)....BOTTOM LINE IS THE HOLIDAY IS A SCAM, HolidayDiscount Center Fly you from Glasgow to FLORIDA after which you have too arrange to get from AMERICA to CUBA its totally ridiculous..The guy then informs me it would ne an extra FIFTEEN HUNDRED POUNDS to fly from Glasgow to Cuba...He then tells me HE WOULD INFORM HIS PEOPLE of the COCKUP ...That was 1ST September ...Today is the 29th and still on trying to dupe unsuspecting tourists to be left abandoned in Florida...A complete disgrace.

HYB EUROCALAS MAJORCA!! Absolutely perfect!! we had amazing time everything was perfect!! I highly recommend it !!

We visited this hotel in August and had an amazing time as a family of 5 holidays can be really expensive, this hotel was at a reasonable price & did not disappoint. My children are 5, 9 & 15 and there was something for all of them, even us adults.. the team we're full of energy & soo friendly. I have never been somewhere soo clean, it was immaculate. The food was always fresh & yummy.. none of us had a problem eating infact i ate too much 🤣 There are 2 pool, day time & night time entertainment and plenty going on. The hotel is far away from most things it took us 50mins in a private taxi to get there (if we'd of gone by coach it was 2.5 hours)
The beach is a short walk, which is small but beautiful, the hotel also offer a free shuttle bus into a small town & another beach. I can highly recommend this place, if your looking for something inexpensive and fun!!
