After lockdown,feeling that I need a complete change of scenery,but as of now,my wife is not prepared to go on a plane until things have changed.

Called this morning hoilday to turkey was showing £369pp rung up and given all ref number and price went to £900 plus cheap price on website double when you call even the man on the phone keeps ringing me told him not paying that now I have had to block number just ripping people of its not right should someone make them stop trading as they robing vulnerable people who can easily be fooled

price quoted 1,116 pounds rang them and told 1,600 absolute gangsters

There is good and justifiable reason why this company has such poor reviews.

Easy to use this site and a great way to find a bargain. You just have to remember that the price shown will not be the price you pay so have a budget in mind by researching prices on other sites and then be prepared to haggle as aggressively as some of the agents are to get your business.

AVOID AVOID AVOID..... This company goes under the names of Holiday Discount Centre, Cheekytrip, Break4Holidays..... etc etc.... You will NOT be charged for the price on your screen. Ref HDC-6-346-128, the San Antonio in Malta. Price for our 4 night stay was £306pp and I have screenshots. Called to book after 3 days of the same price being advertised....... totally different company..... tried to charge me £550pp which quickly changed to £459pp after questioning the price but still £150 above that still advertised on HDC website. Check other feedback, I'll be checking their ATOL3973 accreditation. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Tried to book holiday to Lanzarote today, on the website 386eur pp - 772eur for 2 adults for 5 days all inclusive, once rung them price went up to 930eur per 2 adults, well i thought during Christmas price is still good, gave them all details including card numbers etc. They said they will book all and will call back in 20min, 40 min later received call saying hotel they offered wasn't available (in the meantime they have charged card for 530eur against my will) and they have another one but it will cost me 100+eur per person, which i refused and they weren't able to find anything with same specs and same price range! So thats have they work, they charge card before they are able to secure property and they will not tell you that beforehand and than they try to force you in to paying extra. Yes they offered refund but the problem is it will take 3-5 working days to get it and if you are short on cash means you are either loosing last minute holidays as you have not enough to re-book or have to accept their offers! Ridiculous crowd, avoid at any costs, scammers and should be prosecuted.

Next day they rung back, refund wasn't processed, they said that hotel just had cancellations and we can book it, but it will cost me arround 1160eur! I said no, so after long negotiations got price down to 960! Incredible scam! They charged me extra for room with balcony in the hotel were all rooms are with balconies! Tried to charge me insurance and administration fees! Completely awful experience! I had to proceed with order because it was last minute and I didn't have extra funds to book elsewhere as they took 500+ from my account without secured booking and left me with 0 options. They have to be prosecuted and your company is responsible for allowing this scam that left me overcharged for my holidays. Who will compensate this? Or should I bring this to cort?

Update on 20/01/2020
Was contacted last Friday by this company and offered small compensation 85eur for the troubles which i accepted and did indeed received today on my account. They asked me to remove my review which i categorically refused and I promised I will update it with resolution that was provided. Just thought i will add this clarification, otherwise REFUND (as stated in their reply here) sounds too posh.

After taking my deposit ( for which I was charged but could understand) I was then put through to room bookings ( I thought this had already been done). I was told the room I wanted was not available and that I would have to pay another £22. I felt as though they were adding money on for anything they could think of so asked
for my deposit to be refunded, which they did straightaway.
Sorry, but won't use again.

Stay well clear booked a holiday with this company they need investigating after reading the reviews. Within 10 minutes of doing the booking I had then ringing me back to say that holiday was no longer available but they could offer me another better room of course for more money. Why are these still allowed to be still in business. If they share the web site why are they allowed to do this. I will be sending a letter to which. Waisted half hour on the phone 😡😡

Do not trust these reviews. Once you get your head round the fact it's hotel and flights only then u see why prices are cheap. I use the site 4 times a year. never had an issue. They will do there best to get u a good deal. transfers are cheaper if u book via them. I usually do it all myself. The ones moaning obviously think this way of doing it is same as a holiday shop. well its not. There cheap for a reason. but never had a bad experience yet. Just give them a call and ask about the deal. you don't have to buy.
I booked disney Paris for Nov 19th 3 day trip two adults. flying Birmingham. hotel with breakfast and transfers. Under 550
beat that. I could not. well done holiday discount centre.

Due to the Thomas Cook fiasco I have just booked a new holiday with Ben who bent over backwards to help after carefully listening to our requirements and came up Trumps with a new holiday for us! We had lost all hope of going anywhere and finding nothing after an exhausting 4 days of trying. He was most helpful and we all look forward to going on our trip soon thanks to Ben!!

Used the website to browse mini breaks over the new year period for myself and a friend. Wide choice of hotels and locations but as yet undecided on our final choice.
Holiday Discount Centre was easy to navigate and enter specific search criteria, will definitely use again. Good prices too

Just returned from Benidorm this morning , holiday advertised for £250 for 3 days all inclusive, I ended up paying £360 for ten people each dissthe extra they said was Easy jet wanted extra because of we were a party of ten , then they threw in transfers for us , arrived at 1:00am Friday morning and told Thursday was day one of three days all inclusive, so Sunday came and are cards finished at Breakfast, waisted approximately £1000.00 , I wish I had read the reviews!

Waste of Time

Called them because I found a good deal on their website for £567 per person, it was actually £695 per person. I didn't have anything extra- no transfers or luggage. They said it was because the cheaper room was booked out. I looked on the hotel website, there is no cheaper room.

I then asked about another deal of £470 per person also advertised on their website. He said he could only do it for £630 per person- again, this was without any extras as well- nothing but the holiday. When I asked why this one was more expensive, he said it was because prices change through the day. I have been watching both of these deals over a few days and they only change by a few pounds- not this much! I checked this morning and guess what?! Prices are still advertised as the exact same price as when I called yesterday.

Don't even waste your time calling.

HDC, stop false advertising.
