DON’T BUY FROM HOLY STONE
Holy stone DOES NOT have “ customer support “ they are TRAINED to find a loophole in order to NOT uphold their products warranty, and DON’T support SMALL BUSINESS !!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!! And save headaches and aggravations.

My wife treated me to the Holy Stone 720e drone for my 74th birthday in January after giving her some broad hints :) The overall quality and build of the drone I find to be of a high spec, quite robust. Calibrating and linking the units took me a couple of goes, but no real problem, (I should have read the instruction book properly). I have managed to get a few flights in between snow showers, cautiously using the "beginners" settings which i would advise for any newbee. The last flight I had I removed the "beginners" setting, WOW what a different flight experience, breathtaking performance with added bonus of high res video footage. Highly recommended, well worth the price.

I had the hs720E 2 days took it up to 80 meters lost power on the drone not the hand set it fell out of the sky like a stone at a distance completely lost site of it it did not return home can not find it anywhere what a wast of £300 that was so angry

Failed on the warranty side of a major fault! , i flew my drone on the hour of midnight on 31st dec 2020 80ft to 100ft around about in an open space no trees just hovering watching the fireworks but the video was to dark to record ,. then i lost all controls and it fell to the ground and smashed 2 of the rotary arms , a major fault happened . and holystone wouldnt do anying about it not happy i lost alot of money ., just to be told they cant do anything !!!!!

I cannot say a bad word against holy stone, bought the HS120d for my son for Christmas, it had a small issue with the camera glitching once it got about 20 metres away. Emailed HS and got a great response and they sent out a replacement drone free of charge. So nice to see a company nowadays taking such good care of their customers. Well done HS. 👏🏻

Mit der Drohne HS 161 habe ich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Sie verfügt über eine sehr gute Kamera und hat 1080p das ist eine sehr gute Auflösung. Die drohne verfügt auch über 3 schnelle Geschwindigkeitsstufen.

I have been looking for a drone that has good quality video performance and found this drone is excellent. The drone comes fitted with a SONY video camera and fitted with a SD card slot for onboard storage. You get live video feed whilst flying and a zoom function on the Ophelia app.
The drone comes fitted with GPS that enables follow me, orbital function and follow coordinate path. I would recommend flying where GPS signals are good.
The video file format is mp4 1080 @ 60fps and 4K.
The transmitter comes with all the controls for - motor enable, auto take off to 1m, return to home, gimbal control etc.
The drone has two ultra bright LEDs fitted on the underside to assist auto landing.
This drone is so easy to fly and has given me many hours of flying pleasure.

I recently purchased a drone from holy stone via Amazon UK.
I had a bad experience with my drone on my 1st flight outside which I am convinced was not my fault, I wasn't really expecting much of a reaction from customer services but they were absolutely fantastic.
They didn't quibble because I didn't actually ask anything of them, but they immediately offered to replace my drone free of charge.
As a beginner it won't be long before I am in the market for a better drone and I will certainly be looking at purchasing from Holy Stone again.
Great product and better customer service.

Just got the Holy stone hs720 what a great bit of kit absolutely love the thing easy to fly just take your time and landing is no problem set it up right and it will land itself and the camera is amazing.

Having problems with tap to fly on my HS720 , it’s never worked.
I have been back and forth with customer email , one every 24 hours , but just going round in circles. I have a different person email every day and they don’t read the thread as quite often I get asked the same questions or asked to send a video in of the problem! .
So far it’s been 3 weeks and nothing sorted just an email every day .

Amazing how different people have different experiences. I have had a few drones from Holystone and I have found their customer service amazing. They sent me a drone to 'test' which I lost. Ooops. I contacted Holystone to see if they would give me a discount off buying another one. They just sent me another one no argument. Thank you June Yang. Great company, great drones. (just a word of advice. Spend a bit more and get one with G P S. You get what you pay for.

Lost drone in first flight .... I want refund but they won’t give one .... I am a experienced drone pilot but they obviously sent me a defective item since drone just took off on me without me directing it.

My experience with holy Drone so far is fantastic. I ordered the Holy drone HS720 on amazon last week and got it deliverd the same day. I have only had the chance to fly my drone a handful of times due to very windy conditions (uk), however I was very impressed with this. The HS720 in my opinion is the best available on the market for the price range.
This is ideal for beginners or even more experienced people due to the ease of flying this but you can also have some real good fun with this once you have got used to it.
Holy stone customer service is also very good. I sent an email in the evening and they replied the next morning.

I would 100% recommend these products.

Holystone is a genuine drone company. The drones they make are really good. I recently bought the HS110G and it was the best drone for beginners. Their customer service is fast when I contacted them. I am very impressed with their customer service and satisfied with their products. I will definitely recommend their products to others.

Great Beginner Drone. I received the HS700d for my anniversary, this thing is pretty slick and easy to fly with just after 20 minutes of opening the box and reviewing the instructions.

I would recommend, the only issue I've had so far is it started a "death wobble" around 20 feet on day 3 and came crashing down and broke the camera (I put it back together and seems to be working ok)...

First let me start by saying i'm not disappointed in the HS120D as it flies great But I am disappointed in how Holy Stones customer service operates. First call was regarding a couple of parts I needed. The first girl I spoke with (in China) Asked me to send picture of item I needed as they don't have a catalog. After sending the picture, they said part is not available through Amazon and it will take 30-45 days before I can get the part! She sent me a link to pay supposedly through Pay Pal, but the link is really an email address. I emailed her back for another part needed as well and explanation as to how to order the parts needed which they don't give you the name for so I called back and spoke to another girl in China with rooster crowing in background and she was hard to understand, this is frustrating!
