Didnt have the YAMAHA ceiling speakers in stock and tried to fob me off with free upgrade? £10 more expensive unknown brand speakers? yeah right asked for a refund: 24 hours later still no refund!

My Bose Lifestyle system of 30 years blew up . I telephoned Home AV Bob was extremely helpful when in discussing Bose Lifestyle systems - He helped me make a decision .
The Bose Lifestyle 600 arrived on the day they stated.I wired it all up and tried to set it up but unfortunately it would not set up s I suspected a fault so telephoned Bose - long story .In summary not helpful

I telephoned Home AV and their response was excellent Instantly they waved a magic wand.Next day the faulty system was taken away and replacement was in place.It works and the sound is excellent.It will do much more and so I am learning

I am so impressed by the service and the “extra miles” that the team went to regarding my order.
I seemed to be having a bad day of ‘finger trouble’ and, mostly likely, caused them to pull their hair out with my mistakes and I thank them for their patience which was freely given.
I ordered a Marantz Model 30 Amplifier and, as stated, received it next day.
All installed and exactly as expected (SUPERB).

Also very impressed with the packing of the unit being it was “double boxed” giving it added protection.

Also their pricing was the most competitive I could find. It was almost 200 pounds less than RRP.

I have absolutely no problems in most highly recommending Homeavdirect and will be back to upgrade/replace other modules when finances permit.

Must say i am very impressed with the level of service received from Home AV direct. I ordered a pair of £400 powered home speakers that developed a fault within 3 weeks through no fault of Av direct. I contacted them and they arranged for collection which was organized for the next day and a replacement was received within 2 days. Would definitely use them again.

Great customer service! Very quick response to my query and all got resolved seamlessly. At the end I received a better product than I have hoped for. Will use them again.

Great price and amazing delivery - projector ordered one day and delivered the next.
Unfortunately the delivery wasn’t exactly what I ordered, being an open box Optoma 144x as opposed to an open box 146x -but a simple phone call and the next day a brand new (as opposed to open box) 146x was delivered and the the wrong one picked up.
Truly impressed by the service.

Just had a great experience with this company. I wanted a Xgimi Horizon Pro projector, which is newly released and availability is scarce. It was listed on homeavdirect before Amazon for preorders. When it did finally appear on Amazon a few days after launch, the Amazon price was £200 higher! The only other place it’s available is Xgimi directly, also at the higher price. I could barely believe the deal or early availability so I checked with them and they were very responsive. I ordered it and it arrived the next day (free), immaculately packaged with zero hassle. I am so impressed! I will definitely use this company again.

Ordered a Jamo S 805 HCS 5.0 Home Cinema System online from Homeavdirect, for a great price, with next day delivery. However part of the order was not dispatched with the original consignment. I spoke to Dubs who sorted everything out for me and the rest of the order arrived the next day. Very good timely response to sort out the issue and good communication with the support team. I will use them again in the future .

Home AV Directs store has several AV dem rooms from start up to top end where i could listen to the sound systems with out any sales pressure
After hearing how the amps sounded in teh real world i went for the Denon 6700 which had real power and control
thanks to all at Home AV i now have a great sounding cinema room and will go back when i need more kit upgrades

It would be great if everything was perfect, all of the time, however, as we know this often isn’t the case. One measure of a company is how it responds when things don’t go as planned.

I recently purchased and DAC and headphone amp combo from Home AV Direct, via Amazon, which was meant to ship with some upgraded parts, including a particular cable. The manufacturer omitted the cable from the package, leaving me disappointed in an otherwise really nice package.

I spoke to the team at Home AV Direct and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Over the next few days they did their best to source a replacement, keeping me informed at every stage. However, it became clear that this was going to drag on. There response was to simply ship a new cable instead.

This is the kind of service that means when I next need a component for my home AV set up, I’ll be giving them first shot.

Recently bought online a Klipsch R-41PM active speakers from Home Av Direct. They were a grate funn, but not poewrfull enough for my room. Decided to swap them for Klipsch R-51PM.
To keep it simple, two emails one phone call and it's done.
Very friendly and helpfull support team.
On bouth occasion items were delivered super quick, even weekend day with a standard delivery.
Shop end up on my bookmarks list for future.

I was looking to buy a Yamaha sound bar system and came across Homeavdirect, all i can say was the service i received along with the advice and help from Lee was second to none. As an older member of society it was good to be helped and treated with respect in my ignorance of technology. The item was well priced, arrived on time and has proved to be brilliant against my expectations.
I would highly recommend to others.

Stay away from homeavdirect! They sell faulty goods and don’t take responsibility!
I bought very expensive replacement ear pads for my Audeze LCD-X headphones for £79. Within 7 weeks of careful studio-only use, one pad just peeled and fell off. Two weeks later the other one too peeled off. The fabric that holds the pads onto headphone is just far too fragile. I mean, it flakes when I gently brush my finger against it.
I emailed homeavdirect about this, but they ignored it. I then opened a dispute on PayPal, but homeavdirectbut turned it around and blamed me instead. They argued that I have pulled the pads off myself using force. So there I was, watching my £79 being flushed down a drain!

Incredible customer service for a small mistake, rectified immediately. I ordered a Sonos Soundbeam and it arrived in the wrong colour. I'm not one to rant, so I asked for advice via the contact the supplier button on Amazon and within 1 hour, I received a call from Will, apologising for the error and organising a next day delivery of the correct colour, whilst simultaneously collecting the wrong one. That was yesterday morning at 11.30. Today, within 24 hours, the correct one arrived, the problem was solved with incredible speed, absolute professionalism and polite and cheerful service. I'm literally flabbergasted, as anyone can supply a product, but when things go wrong, that's when the real businesses step forward and take responsibility this way. Sincere thanks to Will for his cheerful management of the problem and to the owners and management of Home AV Direct, as this is the right way of running an operation.
