Absolutely appalling service and really poor quality products. Received the wardrobes and it was broken so new parts were sent which were all again broken! Now we have boxes of broken wood filling our room which the company won’t collect or refund us for! Their communication is shocking it’s been going on for nearly three weeks and we still don’t have a wardrobe or our money back.

DO NOT BOTHER I paid for a bathroom cabinet and after 3 weeks was still waiting for item to be delivered they blamed evri/Hermes but kept sending me the same messages day after day promising they would sort it then gave me a refund ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS now I have to order from someone else

Refused to take responsibility for snapped wood planks, that were supplied and packaged directly from them, as stated in the original order confirmation email.
Now have 2 draws in a 4 draw set, will have to be scrapped.
£75 of my Money throw back in my face

Purchased bookcase which had small dent, had already constructed so they offered part refund which I was very happy with. Very pleased

Would give zero stars if I could. Didn’t get informed of correct delivery day (wardrobe trio set) then bedside table not included in delivery. Only to be told it is not in stock. Paid £199.99 for trio set and said they would give 26.99 refund for bedside table. Now have to wait almost 2 weeks for it to be collected and processed so I can order from trusted supplier

I really didn't want to write this review as I was under the impression this company was really trying to help with the return of an item which I purchased over a month ago. After 4 separate confirmations that items would be picked, they have yet to be collected.
The agency this company uses for collections, XDP is probably the worst courier in the country check them out on trustpilot.
I cannot get a refund until item is collected and it looks unlikely that this will happen.
Looking at the reviews for Home Discount, it looks like there is a race to the bottom with 51% one star ratings, which highlights how bad the service is. What makes this worse is that many of the poor reviews relate to exactly the issue I'm having
Part of me thinks that this is a war of attrition and that this is a tactic to wear you down and give up!!

Having problems with delivery but customer service agent Julia is absolutely brilliant to deal with 5 stars to Julia

Very bad customer service, try multiple times to re arrange delivery and they keep making false promises. Avoid to save yourselves hassle

They dispatch on time, but the carrier they use is not reliable. Still waiting for the items. Carrier have no contact information so you can’t call and see what is a problem.

Update: one item delivered the other 2 has been returned as carrier is unable to deliver to NI
I revive refund just for items, I had to write several emails to revive full refund for the items that has not been delivered. Never again

Brought a king size metal frame...
Not impressed of the quality...tried sending it back through the company they use(Manomano. Ps not UK as advertised- its France ).
State 30 days to send back if not happy .
Will never use either again !

Do not bother speaking to her ,all she will do is patronise you and you’ll dismiss you.
You can’t get a refund past 7 days that’s serious financial abuse .
The manager stated by law it’s legal to deliver a package on the floor .
How uneducated and silly .
Everybody knows in this day an age from experience a package is not delivered if it’s not signed for ,direct ,face to face hand over or advised to left in a safe place.
The manager informed me that she will refuse her last name for security ,what is it that you have to hide ? How ignorant and unprofessional.
She stated the document was sent to my address that’s a lie .
She sent no copy on my email .
Period.
You’re asking a disabled person ,do I have a printer ?
I haven’t physically worked in years and we aren’t all that privileged to experience having those facilities in my house. I live in supported living and not alone .

It’s been a month with no package .
I been contacting Debenhams ! athe manager tells me today it’s past 7 days.
So they can’t help me ,they won’t accept the document in that written format .

Don’t buy from here .
The company seems of poor grade ,value and marginally lacks customer service performance.They have no duty to truly help someone get their money back ,they are the only company with a 7 day rule of no money back guarantee after thus period.

I’m left with no bed and no refund

They need to learn how to speak and help customers as what I witnessed on the phone !

Delivered quickly with no problems. Bedside cabinets very good quality considering they were so well priced!
