Took a bit long for it to delivery but product is solid

The product knife sharpener is 120V totally unusable in EU / Irish market.
I have a written to Homeloft on numerous occasions to no avail. Not even the courtesy of a reply.
I have since heard from Homeloft. Their proposed solution meets the issues raised in my initial complaint. The response of Gina of Homecraft was very professional.

Arrived broken, but Akash with customer service was helpful and it was replaced promptly and courteously.

The items I wanted were available. The items were complete and well packaged, arriving in excellent condition. The shipping was prompt and accurate. Notifications were very good to excellent. Hard not to rate this a 5 star experience.

Zum einen war die Produktbeschreibung des Produktes missverständlich. ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass es das komplette Produkt ist. Dabei war es nur ein Zubehör zu dem Hauptprodukt. Dies ist aber auch teilweise mein Fehler, da ich nicht das letzte Detail der Produktbeschreibung geprüft hatte. Aber was mich noch mehr ärgert, dass ich on top noch Zollgebühren zu entrichten hatte als die Lieferung endlich in einem DHL Hub angekommen war. Da war die nicht eingehaltene und deutlich überschrittene Lieferzeit nur das kleinste Übel. Also das erste und letzte Mal dort bestellt

Ordered a Hudson Bay blanket. Reasonably priced and arrived in a fairly timely manner.

All ok, except my Hudson bay blanket came via the US and I had to pay for customs!!

The product is very good quality but the color is not as expected. The light grey looks more like a blushing grey.
We experienced some problems with delivery …. Promised March 31 to April 5 and arrived April 10.
The company responded very promptly when emailed regarding the expected delivery date.
